Had to switch rooms because there was a giant stain on the duvet when we walked into the first room. The shower was not waterproof and leaked all over the bathroom. The mattress and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. I've stayed here three or four times and I think it gets worse every time. Won't be back, unfortunately.

The location is super nice. The meeting rooms are nice, and the cost is nice for the area. It’s clean.
However, the mattresses are worn out! At 120 lbs I lay on the mattress on both sides and in the middle trying to find a decent spot, it sinks down to what should be box springs but is actually an awkward hard box underneath. The heating units were partly replaced it looks like many years ago leaving a very old unit on the wall that creaks along all night long and an older kinda beat up thermostat that appeared to be off by at least 5-8 degrees as it was like it just couldn’t heat my room (I keep my house at 63 in the winter, so not hard to keep things warm enough for me).
It’s clean and accessible, but it’s sadly gotten kinda run down since I last stayed here 6-7 years ago or more. Stay at another local similarly priced newer hotel, it’s too noisy and run down to sleep well at.

Great place to stay lots of nice places to shop eat and it’s close to the hospital if you need to stay overnight for that. One of the beds did have a pretty loose headboard. I thought that was a little weird. Also we got up early to go to the hospital and they hadn’t plowed the sidewalks or the parking lot yet but I did notice that all the other ones on the way out was already plowed so I guess my advice would be to get the people plowing out there early
