    The staff here are amazing! Jason, the assistant manager was so kind and understanding, when we needed to switch rooms. The rooms are clean and roomy, and it's in a very convenient area. I would highly recommend staying here.

    We were traveling from Utah to West Virginia and stopped in Louisville for the night. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties before, so I didn’t think I needed to research this one, that was probably my mistake. Breakfast is not included and costs $16 per person, which felt steep. The front desk staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t particularly welcoming or warm. We purchased four bottles of water for $18.87, which felt excessive. Ice cream and a soda for $8.49 seemed more reasonable in comparison. If you’re arriving with luggage and a busy toddler, be prepared to bag and carry your own items, there wasn’t much assistance offered. We also tried the hotel restaurant. We weren’t expecting anything fancy, but it was underwhelming. It did the job, and we left full, but it definitely didn’t exceed expectations. Weekend rates are significantly higher compared to weekday stays, which was surprising. The elevator also needs attention, you have to press the 1 button very hard for it to register, and it seemed like only one of two elevators was functioning. (Barely) Overall, this wasn’t the best Hilton experience we’ve had. The location is great, but the hotel didn’t quite live up to the brand standard we’re used to. It’s not terrible, just not as impressive as expected especially for that price. On the positive side, the cleaners do an excellent job at cleaning the rooms! Our room was spotless.

    Thought we found a new place for a regular commute between Ohio and Texas cause the location is GREAT. But aged rooms, broken elevators and A $16 breakfast that would be free at any other hotel are definitely deal breakers!

    Not up to par for Hilton brands. Room is fine- ac unit is very old and loud. The room was largely clean. However they do not clean during your stay unless you ask. I didn’t find that out until the last day. Neither elevator was functioning properly. The breakfast was poor and I was charged 14 dollars for it. It should’ve been included for what I got. Whatsmore- I’ve brought all of these complaints to the staff during my stay, to MCR hotels (the owners), and to Hilton. Not one has thus far responded. Had I know the elevators didn’t work, I wouldn’t have booked a fifth floor room. The location is ok. Near a mall and Whole Foods. The staff didn’t acknowledge my presence at any point during the stay. I wouldn’t stay here again considering the other options.
