Talked to desk clerk (who was absolutely no help) and he said I had to call booking.com. I had copy of reservation so not sure why he couldn't just credit my card. I think he didn't want to be bothered. Also paid for breakfast and had to ask how they would know we were suppose to eat breakfast. He forgot to give us a voucher for breakfast. So check whst you are charged. Been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get booking.com to answer. Booking.comis going to help get refind to us. I ask how much tax was on his system. He couldn't tell me, he said about 16% or 18%. It is 8.65%. Never had this happen at any other hotel. Was going to book room for next week but will go to another hotel.
