- WSWalter SturgeonJan 22, 20262.0I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past four years. I have noticed a steep decline in the cleanliness,, quality, and service of this location. The decline over the past year has been tremendous. Last night I stayed at this location for the last time. My room did not feel clean. I question if the sheets had been changed because there were hairs in the sheets. Then a cockroach appeared while the lights were on. Who knows what there was when the lights were off. No more. I am done with the location. I moved hotels in the middle of the night. Surprisingly no one has reached out to me to apologize for my experience.

She’s responded quickly, worked efficiently and positive attitude. I enjoyed the customer service and kindness the team showed. Breakfast was amazing, great service also my two toddlers were loved on so much. This trip was so positive and we will definitely be back for another family trip. ❤️❤️

This particular location is on the outer part of Louisville, getting to downtown or the Zoo isnt very close but is still do-able. The east side of Louisville feels much safer than the west end. No train or airport noise here, some restaurants and things very close by.
- LLL6Nov 26, 20252.0Some employees were super nice, others were off-putting. Had to switch rooms because of roaches. Second room was bigger and clean. Absolutely hate the carpets in the rooms. Who came up with that design, lol? Overall the stay was okay, but it could’ve been much better.
