Not a good experience. Unsafe area, queen beds were a double and very hard. TV didn't work even with a service call. Check out person not understanding nor any discount applied. Had to pay $25+ to park. I'm a Hilton member but would not stay there again.

The Hilton Garden Inn is very convenient to countless venues, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is very easy to get into and out of. Every staff member I encountered was very kind and courteous, and very helpful for anything I needed. The room was very well furnished and has every modern amenity you could want.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with customer service at a hotel. I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown in early December 2025, and I’ve been trying to get a receipt for my stay. I had to call three times because the front desk kept hanging up on me—twice—while I was still talking.
To make things worse, they charged me twice because they “forgot” to check me in on the first night. Now I’m just trying to get my receipts, and the lady at the reception unhelpful, and kept ending the call in my face.
This is completely unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. Not recommended at all. I will never stay here again.

What are you gonna do if the Hilton website, customer service, and google are NOT TRUSTWORTHY anymore?????
LIARS. STAY AWAY if you are planning on being your CAT with you.
I booked this hotel through a third party agency because they said they allow dogs and cats. I also called the number google provided twice to double check. They connected me to the reservation line. Both of the agents said they called the front desk for me and checked that CATS ARE ALLOWED with $75 fee. The second agent also said she did let the front desk know we will be check in between 1am-2am.
We triple checked everything and confirmed the reservation before we began driving.
We arrived the hotel about 1:30am. The front desk lady said they only allow dogs NO CATS. I showed her the Hilton website policy. She said the WEBSITE IS OUTDATED. Her manager said no cats. It feels RIDICULOUS. We asked her to reach out to her manager, but she said the manager was not answering. I asked her to write down a note as a prove that she refuses to let us stay because of the policy her manager stated. She REFUSED.
It was late, we still have long hours to drive next day. It was extremely FRUSTRATING and HELPLESS.
