- MWMarcos WFeb 8, 20265.0My wife and I were on our third night in town and had to find a new place to stay after a disappointing Airbnb experience nearby. We decided to walk across the alley to this hotel, and honestly, it was the best decision we could have made. We were greeted by Kevin, who is an absolutely wonderful host. He took the time to listen to everything we’d been through and genuinely helped us find a great room at a great rate. Beyond that, watching how Kevin interacts with his coworkers says a lot. He feels like the glue that holds the place together. He creates a fun, family-oriented, and welcoming atmosphere that you can feel right away. Kevin also gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to check out in the area, which made our stay even better. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the customer service. The room was super clean, the location is great, the hotel was quiet, and the shower was nice and warm. Exactly what we needed. We’re so glad we stayed here and would absolutely recommend it.
