Every single staff interaction was outstanding, and I would love for my new friends to be individually recognized for their accomplishments. Two standouts from check-in to check-out were Darius and Ms. June—to say WOW is an understatement! They supported me with countless details and connected with me proactively, without needing direction from Eric or Natia. On the evening of November 1, during the reception and throughout the full day, we interacted with Derrico, Darius, Drave, Abby, June, Kris, Mica, Deandra, Beverly, and Irish. Each of these incredible team members brought joy to the celebration and made me feel truly cared for. Corporate won’t give us the time of day to solve this issue they just keep playing games about who is going to call etc. Avoid this entire hotel chain like the plague.
