Our security features include 16 well-placed video cameras as well as electronic door locks. Our amenities include the On the House(TM) Breakfast and On the Go Breakfast Grab Bags(TM). In-room amenities include refrigerator, microwave, one-touch temperature control system, coffee maker, iron-ironing board, wired and wireless Internet access, Lodgenet movies and games and the newly introduced Cloud 9 bedding. Our facility features a Suite Shop, indoor heated pool, exercise room, business center, two flexible meeting rooms and a convenient guest laundry room.

    Our stay was very pleasant, the room was VERY nice and CLEAN. The staff greeted us warmly when we arrived, I received multiple texts while there checking to make sure our stay was nice. Breakfast is part of your stay, it was delicious! We hope to stay in the same hotel next year. Thank you again!

    We chose Hampton because we have a dog. We were warned by the desk clerk who checked us and and yes they are in fact pet friendly except for the manager who absolutely hates dogs. She proved that to us personally when she checked us out and couldn't have been more curt and nasty. If you hate dogs that much get a job where there aren't any. Also, we had a problem with the bathroom door. If it was closed you could not open it from the outside. We called the front desk. He came up and opened the door and when we asked if it was going to be fixed he said just don't close the door unless you're inside. That didn't seem reasonable to us. You should be able to keep your door closed to your bathroom if you want while you're staying there. We are just comparing it to all the other Hamptons where we stay and this did not live up to anyone's expectations.

    The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is plentiful and kept full. Most of the staff makes you feel welcome. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't unlock a cabinet at night when I asked for a hot chocolate for my son though. I don't see the point in leaving the hot water and coffee out if you refuse to provide those things. We booked a room for 4 people for 2 nights and they only started it out stocked with 2 bath towels and washcloths. Also odd, but they did provide more when asked. My kids liked the cookies up front. The beds were SO HARD. My hips hurt so bad sleeping there I woke up several times a night. The king suite is much smaller than others I have stayed in but it worked for us because we had our pets and they had a really good pet policy here. The room was clean and they allowed us to check in early so no complaints from me. I would recommend.
