I thought it was odd that they wouldn't unlock a cabinet at night when I asked for a hot chocolate for my son though. I don't see the point in leaving the hot water and coffee out if you refuse to provide those things. We booked a room for 4 people for 2 nights and they only started it out stocked with 2 bath towels and washcloths. Also odd, but they did provide more when asked. My kids liked the cookies up front. The beds were SO HARD. My hips hurt so bad sleeping there I woke up several times a night. The king suite is much smaller than others I have stayed in but it worked for us because we had our pets and they had a really good pet policy here. The room was clean and they allowed us to check in early so no complaints from me. I would recommend.
