  The front desk lady was very nice she let the kids Swim another hour. But the other one that we went to was not very good, but the rooms were very clean the rooms were big she let us have a bday party but we weren’t to loud. And she gave my kid a free bag of chips since it was her birthday. The rooms very very nice I will definitely go back there anytime. The lady was very nice

  This place was amazing they had good service. The kids got to spend extra hours in the pool amazing quality in the showers and no mold it smelt good, and no complaints. She let the birthday girl get a free bag of chips. The front desk lady was very nice she made the kids feel welcomed

  Becoming our go-to when in town. We aways see Russell the mgr smiling and doing something around the hotel. I believe it was Marge who checked us in quickly and ordered extra pillows as per our request. Clean property and rooms with friendly, efficient staff. They're definitely holding to the Hilton standards which sadly we've seen fall by the wayside on so many other Hilton properties.

  We stayed here recently as part of a weekend getaway to Louisville. I frequently travel and stay in Hampton Inns often and was incredibly impressed with this hotel! The entire hotel was incredibly clean, which was obvious immediately upon entering. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were really great too, with the hotel going as far as upgrading our room to a suite! If I was forced to give one complaint, the only thing is that the shower nozzle stuck and was hard to turn on. But obviously, that's basically a non-issue. The breakfast was also good, with lots of fresh options. We will 100% be returning to this hotel if we come to Louisville again.

  Incredibly well-trained Hilton Hotel staff. This hotel is new, clean, and very convenient. The staff was incredibly impressive. The entire facility was comfortable, and the breakfast is nicely done.
