  We stayed here in July. So, this was our second stay. We were impressed with Marge and the GM in July. However, this stay was even more impressive. Sammy and Marge were phenomenal, and so accommodating, delightful, personable. We travel domestically and internationally about two weeks per month, so we stay at many hotels, and can compare and contrast different locations. This operation is top notch, and I applaud your leadership team for this culture you have created and continue to sustain. Bravo to you all!!

  Wow! Such a great experience! Upon check-in, we were greeted by Marge. She was so kind, sweet, and helpful. She truly made the first impression of your hotel wonderful. I know this hotel is relatively new, however, it was absolutely the most spotless, clean, and well kept hotel in every single area. The downstairs lobby, breakfast area, and pool areas were sparkling. I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, who was also very kind, helpful, and humble. On checkout day, Jerry was also very kind and helpful. Every staff member we saw were wearing genuine smiles and making sure areas were clean and tidy. I would give this hotel more stars if available. This is a hotel where you and your family would want to stay.

  The most affordable luxury hotel in Louisville. The staff are amazing as Marj and Lizzy were very helpful in addressing all my concerns.

  Dennis at the front desk is wonderful! He has provided me with the best customer service. We were coming in from 3 hrs away and he was able to accommodate us. His customer service was the best. We will return later on this month to this location because of him.

  I don’t typically leave reviews but this one is warranted. The guest service and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional. I work in Louisville but live about an hour away. When I don’t feel like making the drive home after a long shift, this is the only hotel that I’ll stay at. Last night, I had a minor issue with my room. The friendly desk attendant responded promptly to my request to change rooms and all was well. After check out I received a call from the assistant Manager, with an apology and offer to compensate for the issue. This was truly not needed but certainly appreciated! I am truly blown away by the hospitality from all the employees that I’ve encountered at this establishment. Hands down the best in the area.
