  This is a modern and clean Hampton Inn. The front desk staff were all helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was clean and well-stocked. The location is right off the interstate and gets you convenient access to downtown and other parts of Louisville. I found the rates really good for the location and what you get. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Louisville!

  This hotel is new. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Lobby, parking, and their facilities were fantastic. One complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. In the bedroom you could hear everything happening inside the bathroom. It wasn't a huge deal, but definitely thought for a new hotel there would be better sound proofing. Also, one of the cleaning staff tried to enter our room at 9:30am. Luckily we had the door stop on. Otherwise, it is a great location near Mall of Saint Matthews, restaurants, shopping, etc.

  I loved everything about this hotel. I chose it because of the reviews that said it was super clean and they did not disappoint. I have a serious issue with germs and usually have a hard time staying in hotels. But I was completely comfortable in this one. The building looks brand new and it was pristine! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Every staff member I encountered was super nice. The location was very convenient right off the interstate yet there was barely any traffic and no noise outside. They had a great variety for breakfast and it was all delicious. It was a nice touch when I walked in the room and the TV displayed "Welcome Courtney." I did pretty much everything through the app from check in to check out. Even used the digital key card so I never even had to go to the front desk. The only thing I would have changed - and this is not a critique of the hotel but a personal preference - was that the HVAC was really quiet and I need white noise to sleep. But the TV had YouTube installed so I just played some fan noise on that and slept like a baby. So if you need a fan to sleep, be prepared to bring one or use the TV. This is why I always choose a Hilton. They're consistent and reliable. If we ever come back to Louisville I'm most definitely staying here!

  I would have liked to give this one 5 stars. But the breakfast sucks worse than motel 6, comfort inn. The fast food places have a better breakfast. My second complaint is the pool is cold. Why would the pool be colder than the water I drink? My only guess is so people don't use it. The rooms were great. Plenty of towels. Plenty of supplies. There were clean and bug free. The refrigerator worked as it should. One of our rooms heated better than the other so it was good we had connecting rooms. The freeway side is noisy. Even 5 floors up it was loud. If you are a light sleeper bring a sond box or ear plugs. Our room was right by the elevators and they didn't make any noise. The staff was nice and helpful. The place is very clean. I would stay here again except the breakfast sucked bad. It tasted worse than airplane food from the 80's . I had better food at a strip club. They really should bring back the biscuit sandwich's. Plenty of available coffee. A+ for that. Great location too.

  Wow. Dennis and Berny were absolutely amazing! Felt like an honored Hilton rewards member as soon as I walked in. They accommodated me so well. The room was clean, smelled good, spacious, and the breakfast was good. I will definitely be staying here on my next vacation. The location was great and there was plenty of parking. Felt very safe.
