I have not stayed here myself, but I book rooms here often. It is the preferred hotel of my technicians when they are working in the area. I just wanted to give a shout out to Caesar at the reservation desk. Either I call too much, my voice is very recognizable or Caesar is just that good at paying attention, but he knows my voice when I call. He is always helpful, courteous and willing to go the extra step to take care of my reservation needs. I just wanted to acknowledge him, and hope that the hotel will do so as well. It is hard to find good employees, but they lucked out in finding Caesar. Please let him know he is doing good work!

Easy stay, premium wifi / internet is about 30mbps which is better then most places. Room was pretty dark during day time. Breakfast was the normal spread nothing special but fresh.

Well I got here late last night. I asked “is anyone here?” for 4 minutes. The front desk telephone rang and a man comes running around the corner. I was A BIT irritated and told him that I had been calling for close to 5 minutes for a front desk assistant. He asked me if I was the one calling the front desk?? Huh??? 🤦‍♀️💁‍♀️ Go up to my room, unpack EVERYTHING, take off my shoes and my carpet it SOAKING WET. He comes back, gets on his hands and knees and says “yep, your carpet is all wet”. I had to RE-PACK everything and move to a different room that had a past occupants dirty socks in the drawer 🤢 Do I have nasty dirty black socks in my room.. I call down to the front desk and say exactly that. This Anthony character calls me a racist, threatens to evict me from the hotel and then hangs up on me. I honestly don’t know if he misheard me or was playing games but I would never make a derogatory comment. So freaking weird. To be threatened to be thrown out when I live in MI and just flew here for a work trip is beyond unsettling. The crazy part is I chose Hamptons which is farther away from my location because I’m a Hilton’s girl and have NEVER had a single complaint. I’m here all week and am trying to switch hotels with all of my might!

I need to speak with a manager… it’s been over 24 hours since I’ve asked and I have been yelled at, called a racist???, and was told that he was going to evict me from the hotel. I told him that I had a pair of black dirty socks in my room that weren’t mine. Being called a racist is UNBELIEVABLY insulting and being threatened to throw me out when I live in MI and just flew here for a work trip is beyond unsettling. The crazy part is I chose Hamptons which is farther away from my location because I’m a Hilton’s girl and have NEVER had a single complaint. DO NOT go here
