Notified Hilton Corporate and received email stating “the Assistant General Manager of the Hampton Inn Louisville East/Hurstbourne followed procedure and had EcoLab check the room, to which, no activity of bed bugs were found”. Attached pictures show bed bugs on bedding and headboard. My subsequent email request for a refund was ignored. My credit card company issued a credit after I explained the situation and shared the photos.

The weight and workout room was good sized and they had an open common area with board games, fooze ball table, and pool table. Thank you for the stay!!!

They even have the yogurt squirter machine. Gym is 24 hours and has everything, like a rowing machine. Pool, patio, this is the spot right here
