  The place needs to be renovated. If you are facing the main street there is A LOT of noise and you can hear anyone in the rooms next to yours. Staff is very friendly and they change my room to a more quiet one. Thank you! Location is very convenient.

  THOMAS the manger made me and my work team from ocala fl . Feel more then at home and most of all treated us like humans . Hard to find now and days . Thank you bro . And the kitchen team !

  We are staying in downtown Louisville for a cheer comp and staying here at Hampton Inn. We’ve had a room of drunk grown men screaming, slamming doors and just having a great time all night directly next door. Our walls and beds would shake every time they slam the door. They were in and out all night long. SLAMMING. And yelling. Never in my life have I ever stayed at a hotel that has allowed this type of behavior. I’ve stayed in all kinds of big cities, even Nashville that’s known for partying. We called twice to complain and security kept allowing these men to be disorderly. These men were even yelling and argumentative with staff when they went to the room to confront them. Eventually these men started banging on our door after calling twice already to complain like they were gonna bust in, scaring/waking up my kids. About gave us all a heart attack. We called a third time! Even after this they STILL allowed them to stay. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. I’d rather hear kids running down the halls or laughing than what we had to deal with. Not only does this place not care about their customers having peace, but I guess safety is not their concern either. The rooms have barely any outlets and the ones available have the tv and fridge plugged into it. My kids had to fight over the one available between the beds. Used straws under the table from the previous stay. Sheets were stained, ceiling was dirty or moldy, idk which. Looked like dried up vomit or food on the door handle to the bathroom. There was no milk for cereal, no syrup for waffles and no gravy for the biscuits the first day. This is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. These men are stayed another night and WE were given an option to move, rather than them move or leave.

  I'm surprised that Hilton would put their name on this hotel. Unfriendly staff for check in experience with the manager not seeming to help or care. The bathroom has shelving that's peeling off & the toilet doesn't flush unless you hold the handle down
