Daily Mandatory Charge includes: Tourism Improvement District Fee. Our all-suites hotel is located in the desirable northeast Louisville. Guests enjoy our renowned complimentary made-to-order breakfast each morning and our free evening reception with beer, wine, cocktails, sodas and light fare every night. Our two-room suites embody a home setting, complete with two flat-screen televisions, couch, accent chairs, and work desk. The kitchen area provides a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and sink.
In keeping with our "all things complimentary" experience, there is no charge for WiFi or parking. We are located less than 5 minutes from several of the city's largest shopping malls - The Mall St. Matthews, Oxmoor Center, and The Paddock Shops.

Our central location allows for quick access to downtown Louisville where the Urban Bourbon trail begins. We are the only full service, all-suites hotel in northeast Louisville. The hotel's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. Bacon was freshly made as well. Highly recommend. While we didn't use the pool it is limited to 5 people at a time for 30 minute limit that had to be reserved ahead of time and only 1 time a day.

The free breakfast was good. The indoor pool and fitness center was nice. A nice atrium to sit in as well. The downfall for me was our sink and toilet drained very slowly. The sink would back up before draining. The shower leaked out on to the floor through the shower door or somewhere. In addition there were young children screaming in the lobby a couple of times early in the morning. I am a dog person but I don't necessarily like riding in the elevator with multiple dogs and I don't really like sitting in the dining area with someone else having a dog sitting in their lap at a table. There were quite a few dogs at this Embassy.

Unfortunately like most embassy suites, the service, food, and perks are great but they need a makeover. This newly renovated Embassy suites hopefully will be the example for others to follow. We always come back but this time I was happy to write a 5 star review.
