My husband and I Love the remodel!!! We had not been to this embassy suites in over 4 years. Unfortunately like most embassy suites, the service, food, and perks are great but they need a makeover. This newly renovated Embassy suites hopefully will be the example for others to follow. We always come back but this time I was happy to write a 5 star review.

This location is fabulous! First time staying here. We were greeted by Ernest who was very professional and engaging, a true representative of the Hilton brand. The evening reception was nice with a plethora of snacks and complimentary drinks. We ordered dinner from the in-house restaurant and were pleased with selection and quality of the food (we ordered quesadillas one night and a pizza the other). The bartender and staff are so sweet and helpful. I enjoyed the warm pool and open pool area. Husband appreciated the fitness center, and we both felt the breakfast buffet was superb! Can’t wait to stay again!

The location is great & the staff were helpful although they could not give us an update on maintenance that was going on & when they would be entering our room.
Compared to other Embassy Suites the rooms at this location were disappointing. The air worked great & it was mostly clean (stains on the carpet), but the beds were so uncomfortable. I woke up every morning in pain & my bed leaned to one side so I felt like I was going to roll on the floor. The bathrooms were also really small. The door either had to be all the way closed or open otherwise you cannot move around in the bathroom.

I stayed here twice last week. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was exceptional. However, the room left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed. We arrived so late I didn't have the energy to request a different room.
