  This is another place that I myself did not stay at this hotel but I did visit here for a few hours. This is where my oldest son and his family stayed at when they came in town for Christmas. Their room was a fairly decent size and there was some nice extras like a session where you could get free drinks with a special ticket for being a guest and a free breakfast and not quite a continental one at that. It is a very beautiful hotel especially the lobby with the waterfall that I took some video footage that I will post along with my review. I gave a 3 star rating on the location only because of it being in downtown Louisville. This however, is located at 4th Street Live which means it is in a more watched and patroled area of downtown Louisville so, it's not so bad. Overall, it does deserve the really good rating that I gave it.

  Rooms were clean, my only pet peeve was cracked tile floors. My daughter loves to be barefoot and I couldn't relax knowing there was several cracked and chipped tikes in our room. Shower pools with water outside of shower and is a hazard. Staff was friendly and buffet staff went out of there way. Buffet was one of the best I've had in America. Not better than Thailand though 🤗 We parked around the corner for $15. Valet wanted like $50. Pool was nice but cold. Rooms were nice.

  This was a fabulous experience We will absolutely stay here again! This hotel exceeded our every expectation! Ahmaree was warm, friendly and reassuring as we checked in. The room had a grandeur about it. It was spacious, well appointed, and cozy. The shower was magnificent with plenty of room for two. Kim was lovely in the cocktail lounge. We arrived as she was packing up to leave, but she stopped what she was doing to prepare a lemon drop martini for me. (My new favorite!) She graciously made drinks for the people behind us too. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint containing every fresh item that I could have dreamed of. Lamont made a yummy omelet to my specifications while Adidya greeted me warmly. The front desk agent had stepped out on break at 6:30am, just as we were attempting to check out, and Bagdad made every effort to meet our needs as we departed. This was a fabulous experience We will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself!

  From the warm welcome at the front desk to the exceptional service throughout the property, our stay was truly outstanding. The daily breakfast offerings were excellent, the evening social was a relaxing and enjoyable touch, and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room immaculate during our three-night stay. The staff went above and beyond by providing thoughtful restaurant and shopping recommendations, frequently checking in to ensure everything was perfect, and consistently asking if there was anything they could do to further enhance our experience. I would highly recommend this Hilton property to anyone seeking a memorable and top-tier stay in Louisville.

  My concerns: the room and furniture in room are outdated. The sofa is uncomfortable and sinks down when you sit. 2. We were here for a cheer comp, the chef said they wouldn't open breakfast early to accommodate the families who had to leave at 7 and wouldn't allow a take out box 3. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our car from valet and at least 30 minutes to drop it off because they dont have sufficient staff. They lost one family car. Another family had the valet driver's food left in her car. 4. I was charged $50 per day for valet but was told on contract valet is $36 per day. 5. $200 incidental fee without advance notice
