House keeping could have done a little better there were sunflowers seeds and pieces of candy along bed frame and there was last guest empty was bottle under the sink. Heated pool was a little too cool. I’m from Michigan used to cool water but too cool to enjoy. Was saddened was looking forward to some pool time. Other than that I would stay again 12/28/25-12/30/25

Everyone we interacted with were just so wonderful and helpful every day. Max and George were super helpful both days. We needed a wheelchair unexpectedly .. they were ON IT! Needed a shuttle ride, they made sure we had extra help. Koffe got us safely back and forth to the conference center more than once and he was just the kindest gentleman. The restaurant host David was so cool and I appreciated his very good nature. Last but not least were our servers Izzy and Wendy. They brought smiles and hot food every day and we enjoyed thier service a lot. Shout out to the kitchen staff for good buffets at breakfast and to the cleaning crew as our rooms were well maintained. Great service overall the Crown Team and we’ll definitely see you again!
