  My husband booked a room in January 2026 for a 1 night stay in a single standard room for Valentine’s Day 2026, we were charged 334.00 for ONE night . Although the room was clean it was a very standard room nothing special at all. I waited 2 weeks after the charge thinking a deposit would fall off but it didn’t. I called the front desk to ask about booking a room to see what their regular rates were and was quoted around 180$ for a standard room. What a rip off!! She explained because the hotel was “almost full” that weekend they raise the prices! How ridiculous, an almost 200$ up charge for ONE night in a very REGULAR standard room! I would never ever stay here again knowing how they rip their customers off by sky rocketing prices because they are “almost full”. This should be illegal! I would not recommend staying at this hotel .

  Kristin and Dara at the lobby bar are the best 2 bartenders I have ever seen. No one ever had to wait 4 a drink and they both were extremely professional in the way they handled 100s of unruly men night after night . They are rockstars at what they do!

  UPDATE: The below reply means nothing. no contact info givin. Attempted to use Chat function on website, direct to phone automation. If you truly want to address issues, give direct contact info. Sadly it was a disappointment. Room was in poor condition with a foul odor. Services advertised from shuttle times, to room service, to focus on cleanliness were not provided and it was more of a motel 8 feel and not the advertised experience. Hotel staff was in short supply and because I used travels services for booking was told there was nothing the hotel could do . Finally, as someone who requires a handicap room the lack of consideration by housekeeping with the shower was simply icing on the cake. Note the exhaust fan filth as one example. Second look at the handicap shower head placed at the top of pole, higher than regular head....how does one reach there alone?? I climbed and was able to bring it down...where I left it along with the empty bottles of supposed product lining the bathroom.

  Hotel is great! Rooms were clean and fresh. The location is top tier being so close to the airport. In addition to that, there’s a shuttle service! Now the best part of our stay was our guest service from the guy whose name is, 8 think, George! He was phenomenal at making the stay, airport transfer and parking a breeze. He makes it fun and stress free! You get your deposit back as long as you don’t behave like “Van Halen”. ;)

  This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms. Free parking. The only complaint I would have is there was no microwave in my room. But that’s not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again. The staff is friendly. We drove to couple dollar stores looking for a fan, they didn’t have any. I asked the front desk if we could borrow one, and they sent one up to our room. Appreciated that so much.
