- TCTia Coatley-ThomasJan 5, 20261.0Stayed five days. IHG reward member. Had to be moved twice due to dirty rooms and black mold on the walls. Terrible management. I dealt with Spencer who wouldnt even look at me while speaking to me. Obvious black mold in rooms and possibly in the ventilation system. Even the shower heads are badly in need of replacing as they look like the had fungus growing oit of them. They know and do not care. I have pictures but Google won't let me post them. This place is nothing short of a dump. I'm surprised IHG allowed this to be a part of their brand. I'll never stay again.
