- JSJohn ShieldsApr 1, 20265.0I’ve stayed here regularly, 3 nights a week, since November 2024 on a long term healthcare assignment. Hunter, Maya, Patty, Jessica, are all like family. Of all the IHG hotels in Louisville, this is the best one. It’s extremely quiet at night, the gym is my favorite, parking is easy, the interstate is just far enough away, and I hop on River Rd each morning and am at work in 8 minutes. There was a volleyball tournament last summer that kept me up at night that week but that’s literally been the only issue I’ve ever had. Here’s to 18 more months!

- TCTom ConleyMar 1, 20261.0This hotel was a bit below average. The lobby was reasonably comfortable. However, they use excessive amounts of air freshener to the point that you can taste it. The room did not not smell fresh. The HVAC unit had a high pitched irritating noise. And, security was non existent. Multiple trucks and cars had been broken into overnight. How did the front desk miss this carnage? I did not feel safe at this hotel.

The woman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. We really wanted it to queen size beds, but I was told there wasn’t any she found three that was available. The next day I was down by the desk and there was a gentleman working and he was not pleasant. He wasn’t rude, but he just didn’t have that welcoming hello how are things going? Are you enjoying your stay type attitude? I don’t know if he’s new or or if he’s shy and he still needs to come out of his Shell.
