  A little older looking than some hotels, but s5aff is professional pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again if e v er in the area again.

  I have never stayed at a hotel this disgusting before. I checked into my room on the first floor thinking “hmm not great but this will do” seeing as though I was only in town for a conference for a couple days. I do my normal room inspection and everything was fine, or so I thought. As I’m sitting up in bed I feel something crawling on my neck. To my absolute shock it was a bed bug and there were three more on the headboard. I gather my things and make my way to the front desk to let them know. I was given a newer “updated” room on third floor. This one looked better than the first. I took a shower, left for the day, and came back to several ants on the bathroom floor. This entire ordeal was wildly disappointing and I have yet to hear back from management. I wanted a full refund but it seems as though they don’t seem to care to make this right. Don’t stay here and make sure you go elsewhere.

  My flight was canceled, so I booked this place from the airport with no option for cancellation because it was after midnight. I took an Uber to the hotel and found that there was no staff on site. A sign posted said to call a number, which just rang to the front desk. After an hour of trying to cancel over the phone with a central reservation service, I gave up and went elsewhere at 2 a.m. I was charged for both rooms as a no-show. There were 10 to 12 others in the lobby with the same story. In 30 years of traveling I have never seen this

  Overall the stay would be amazing but unfortunately it’s bugs in the rooms, I’ve heard some complain about it, seen them. I’m 100% sure it’s bed bugs I do advise you to rethink your stay and don’t sleep tight because the bed bugs are going to bite.

  As an IHG employee this was one of the worst stays in my over 20 years of traveling with IHG. This hotel will not pass a QA due to cleanliness, brand standards, and service. All key points in a QA. When checking in the front desk person was in the back playing with a baby. Someone in the lobby had to call out and let the clerk know I was standing there. Then the desk clerk came to the desk with the baby to check in (unprofessional). Then a guy came up, maybe the maintenance guy and took the baby so the desk clerk could finish checking me in. Very unpleasant check in experience. The room I was in 134 had holes in the wall, needed paint, black out curtains were not fixed to the slider and a cloths pin was provided to keep the black out curtains closed. The bathroom cleanliness was way below standard. Pubic hairs in the shower, black clump of black hair when you turned the water on, tub drained extremely slow, and toilet was loose off the floor. There was hair in the freeze door compartment. The kitchen sink faucet leaked from the handle. No flavored coffee creamer or creamer pumps at all (against brand standard). No charge slips to charge to room (against brand standard). When asked to add to room the front desk clerk said "we don't do that here" (against brand standard) very inconvenient to go back to room to get a credit card. TV not mounted taking up pretty much all the desk space. Then checking out around 7:30am there was a sign at the desk that said they are currently off property (against brand standard). I hope this property get a surprise QA visit because it would fail miserably.
