- PMPaul MasonOct 19, 20251.0While we have enjoyed this hotel in the past and we did feel the room was comfortable and the breakfast good, the front desk service we received and the fact we found bugs in the room made this a terrible stay. We found bugs that had crawled into a cup of coffee in the room, one bug was on my wife's face when she woke up and then more little ones scurrying across the cabinet in the room. We were able to kill a couple of them and showed them to the front desk person. We had booked the room through a 3rd party service, but the front desk person used that as a reason that they couldn't give us any type of adjustment or compensation or really do anything when we told her about this. We won't be choosing to stay here in the future.
