  Stayed 2 nights. Rate was reasonable as it was mid week & not during a peak time for any local events. The staff have been the best part of our stay here. Not only have they provided excellent customer service but each person I engaged with from the 2nd shift staff working both nights, the staff making & maintaining the fabulous Breakfast Buffet, the housekeeping staff & the front desk staff working 1st shift have ALL been friendly & welcoming in a way that truly felt genuine. The location was easy to find & is located near a nice gas station, several restaurants ranging from fast food to more upscale dining with an amazing variety of cuisines to choose from. Mexican, Chinese, Italian, American, & from the looks of one menu what may be almost Cajun or Creole? Many offering adult beverages. There are also some stores offering some shopping. There is a Krogers & Krogers fuel center close & a nice car wash which offers free vacuuming next door. The hotel has a covered drive area to enable loading & unloading in bad weather, a fair amount of handicapped parking spaces close to the entrance, & easy ramp access into the building. Parking is available around both sides of the building with multiple entrances which allows guests, for the most part, to park where they can see their vehicles from their rooms. They also have a 2 electric car charging area available. Entry into doors other than the main door requires an active guest pass card & I believe that individuals wanting to enter thru the main door at night may need to be buzzed in by the staff. So I felt safe. The facility is very clean, like everywhere. The luggage ranks were the nice heavy duty stainless ones & were clean & well maintained. Our room, including inside the wardrobe & drawers, clean.. they even provide sanitation wipes for the TV remote. AND my mother even commented about how nice the room smelled when we first entered. (This is a big thing with her) The beds were a comfy medium firmness & each had 2 firmer & 2 softer pillows. We had a big TV, microwave, kurig, mini frig, ironing board, iron, & hair dryer. The amenities include a nice glassed in pool area, outdoor covered patio area with a grill, a fitness center, a computer/ business center, 24 hr guest laundry room, a couple of meeting/ conference rooms, a small c-store area with a variety of beverages, foods & other items you may need while traveling, & a comfortable dining area that can be used for eating your free breakfast or visiting with friends. AND there are even more amenities some I'm aware of & some I'm probably not, like I think there is an airport shuttle but I'm not positive. ANYWAY.. I have only ONE COMPLAINT & or note for a Much Needed Improvement... the TOILETS are rediciliously LOW.. like the kind you find in an elementary school low, lower than a standard toilet low. I have a standard toilet at home, my mother has a taller one. This is not a standard height & from my discussions with the staff apparently all of the toilets in the rooms, unless in a specified handicapped accessible room which have to be ADA compliant, are these horrible short toilets. SMH it's redicilious. Will I stay here again? Absolutely. I will even specifically request the room we are in cause I like the convenience of the location. I highly recommend you stay here if for no other reason than the way the staff treat their guest. Great job everyone.

  The staff was very friendly and plenty of free parking. The rooms were clean and free breakfast in the lobby was tasty. We came in town for a concert and this hotel is very close to Rupp Arena. Plenty of places nearby to eat.

  This is not a 3 star hotel. Do NOT stay here unless they give you a top floor room. They literally have a large "sandwhich board" sign in the lobby saying quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM and they have a1 strike rule about it. That should have been a red flag. I swear this place was built with 2x2s and paper mache. We have the fan running full time for white noise and I am not a light sleeper, but after planning to sleep in until 8, we have been awake since 5AM which is when the circus upstairs started. Since nobody answers the Guest Services line on the hotel phone, I had to get dressed and go to the front counter to let someone know the "10-7 Quiet Time" the hotel posted was not being followed. After waiting a few minutes for an employee to show up I was told she would handle it. It quieted down about 6AM, but promptly at 7 the circus restarted and is now at least twice as loud and busy. This was all after I had to go to the front desk last night to ask for towels since housekeeping only replenished our room with towels and washcloth for 1. The desk staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. 5/5 for that. The building is the cheapest shoddiest construction I have ever seen (and we have been in all classes of hotels for work and vacation) and housekeeping didn't even complete the bare minimum. 0/5. We are completely unrested.

  This was the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The service was great. We'll definitely be going back here.
