- ASAndy Styer5 days ago2.0I have seen other reviews saying the staff was nasty. That was NOT my experience. The staff, at least from the little interaction I had with them, was very polite. The problem was just an overall sense of cleanliness. It was clear, for example, that the cleaning crew did not vacuum under the cushions of the pull-out bed. There was dust caked on the air vents in the bathroom. At breakfast, several of the bagels had mold on them. On top of this, the suite we stayed in, it was simply dated and lacked the modern accommodations you expect. For example, there were absolutely ZERO USB ports for device charging. This is the 21st century! The TVs themselves, though flatscreen, had no options per streaming, mirror casting from our smart phones, etc. On top of that, the TV in the bedroom had bad screen burn and several bright spots on the screen (LCD bulbs, I assume, burning through), and the TV in the living room area slowly dimmed over time so that it became almost unwatchable. They just need to do a deep cleaning and bring this place up to 2026 standards.

We arrived and proceeded to wait inside for 20-30 minutes, tried to call several times with no answer. Finally saw a lady inside who was nice enough to find what I assume was the night manager who was comparative as soon as she walked in from outside stenching of some type of smoke and using profanity in front of my 7 year old and 12 year old claiming we hadn't been waiting even 5 minutes. She finally cancelled our reservation. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but dealing with the public is not a job she needs to have.
