  Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were exceptionally clean and had no odors. Stayed with them 2/5-6/26.

  Traumatizing Experience - Profiling and Harassment ​I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. My experience here ended with the staff calling the police and an ambulance on me while I was simply sitting in the parking lot. ​I had been a guest at the hotel and went to the store. I returned and parked to wait for my girlfriend, who was still upstairs packing so we could check out. Instead of a staff member approaching me like a human being or checking their records to see I was a guest, they jumped straight to calling 911. ​To have the police and an ambulance pull up on you for waiting in a parking lot is blatant profiling and completely unacceptable. The staff is unprofessional, discriminatory, and created a dangerous situation out of thin air. ​Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you expect to be treated with basic dignity and respect. This happened at 2/12/2025 at 9:45am ​"I was targeted by the short-haired, blonde staff member"

  Room is ok and cozy but When I checked in I had to deal with Jennifer who’s have a very bad attitude and very rude . Besides that why so much noise in the middle of the night? Its incredibly noisy around 11pm til 3 or 4am. The room even shakes no matter what floor we're on, I have been here for 5 night already and not been able to sleep . As I’m typing this review it’s 3:06 am, somebody from next room it’s banging the walls and the banging is so strong that my bed gets push away from wall, head rest it’s about to fall off . This is nerve racking .

  Charged me for a day I didn’t stay because I cheated out because the staff was rude. Go to the the Tru by Hilton if you’re wanting a drama free , clean, comfortable place to stay. I am a diamond elite member so I know what I am talking about. In my opinion I suggest the tru or Campbell house .

  DECEPTIVE BILLING — this hotel advertises a price, then upon arrival they attempt to charge a mandatory $10/night “incidental charge” whether you purchase snack items or not. I asked if the charge was refunded if we didn’t buy anything and was told it was NOT refunded, it was a charge. When I showed the clerk my reservation, which clearly showed the contracted rate and no incidental fees mentioned, I was told “I just work here, you have to pay it.” I had to insist she call an off-site manager to waive it. This hotel advertises on Booking and Expedia with lower rates than their nearby competitors, then attempts to up your rate when you arrive.
