  Great place, spotless! Back door was broken when I left, so had to walk around the building to get back to my car. Not so impressed with the lady at the front desk on my way out. DO NOT book using an outside source like Expedia the same night you are planning to stay, could take an hour for them to receive the booking.

  I travel for work and spend 90% of the year in hotels. The hotel its self is ok. Nothing really to write home about. Breakfast is basic hotel breakfast. I am a best western diamond member. The outside noise is loud I could hear everything from the hallway and outside the building. The internet is just atrocious. I couldn't get connected for the first 9 days I was at the hotel. Finally got a connection and its so slow I couldn't connect to any web page. I've had to use my phones hotspot for work and other forms of entertainment while here. If you're looking for a hotel to stay one night then this is your place but for anything extended I would try another hotel.

  It is a standard BW chain hotel. That is good thing! Well appointed, large clean rooms, usually in safe neighborhoods, with breakfast included.

  Stayed here for 2 weeks in the beginning of the year great little hotel great customer service very friendly amd accommodating def recommend and will be staying there when needed for family

  My husband and I stayed here for one night while breaking up our drive from New Orleans to Canada. We weren’t expecting anything luxurious, but we were hoping for a clean and comfortable place to rest. To start, the elevator needs major servicing. It was not clean and felt like it was struggling to get the the third floor. Take the stairs. When we entered the room, it was freezing, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the toilet was dirty. The shower initially ran brown and ice cold before eventually clearing and warming up which took at least 5 mins. When I went to grab a towel I noticed both towels had long brown hairs on them. I skipped the shower. The bed itself appeared clean, so we chose to focus on getting a couple of hours of rest as we arrived late and were too tired to involve the front desk. Outside of the cleanliness, and smell of the room, any time another room flushes a toilet you can hear the water run, the plumbing rattle and make squeaking noises. Which unfortunately was loud enough to wake me up every time. We understand this is a budget hotel, and the price, location, and positive reviews influenced our decision to stay. We chose to ignore the few negative reviews knowing that sometimes people can be overly critical of minor issues. That said, our experience closely matched the other negative reviews, which makes the volume of highly positive ones surprising. If you’re choosing between this hotel and another nearby, it may be worth considering your options carefully.
