  Loved this hotel! I had a great time with my robotics team! The hotel staff was so kind to us, and even let us use the meeting room to play card games. My hotel room was very nice, it was clean and I was able to sleep very peacefully. When it was time for breakfast, I was able to choose what I was going to eat from a variety of choices, including even a pancake machine!

  Location = Great as we can quickly get to Mammoth Cave and surrounding area attractions and restaurants. Building is just old and only had minimum work done to update it from likely an older Holiday Inn. Bathroom door bottom chipped and cracked, dirty looking grout in the shower, oddly painted walls in room, and got hip pains throughout the night while sleeping on an older mattress. But, for one night, good enough and the basics are provided.

  The room we were originally given, had dried boogers all over the wall, Some kind of food smeared on the mattress sheets, And smelled like a wet dog. They knew it had a dog smell because they even had an air purifier in the room trying to help. They gave me a different room that was handicap accessible and smelled like urine. When I got home from my travels, I realized they charged me THREE times. Yes, they ran my card 3 different times. I tried to call and there is no answer. So I had to call corporate to investigate. I travel often. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

  Die Zimmer zur Autobahn sind so laut, dass man nachts immer wieder aufwacht. Das Hotel war voll gebucht, so dass es keine Handtücher mehr für den Fitnessraum gab. Das Schloss von dessen Tür war kaputt. Beim Frühstück gab es 1,5 Stunden vor Ende kein Rührei mehr. Frühstücken musste man auf Papptellern mit Plastikgeschirr. Danach wurde alles weggeworfen. Das Problem mit dem schlechten Umgang mit der Umwelt gibt es in vielen Hotels... Aber so laute Zimmer und eine so schlechte Disposition beim Frühstück nicht.   I would not recommend this hotel. The overall hotel was dirty, with many stains on the hotel room carpet. The heating system was right outside our window and extremely loud including in our individual hotel room. The system in the room would shake and you could not only hear it kick in but feel it shake. It was really difficult to sleep considering all the noise! The pool closes at 8pm, so if you plan to swim with kids get there early. Lastly, the ladies running the continental breakfast were so sweet but many items were out leaving choices limited. The floors were also excessively dirty. For the cost I would recommend spending a bit more for a better experience!
