  My son had baseball tournament in Henderson this past weekend, we had 7 family's on the team we booked at the hotel over the phone. Upon check in some families were asked to place a $200 cash hold for their rooms (which was not mentioned over the phone) which is "how they keep this riff raff out". Kim the manager was rather rude about several things during our stay. The worst experience of the hotel was we were charged $200 on our card after our stay because they said our room smelled like Marijuana. We said we hadn't smelled or been anywhere near Marijuana ( keep in mind we are a group of families with young kids). They told us we were lying and we would not get our money back. Now im not upset as much over the money but being told your lying when you know your not is more than frustrating. I will be sharing my experience on all indiana and kentucky travel ball Facebook pages so hopefully No one else has to have the experience we did. I know alot of their business is probably for the baseball park due to not much else in the area and evansville being just down the road.

  Stay was so/so but the staff is incredibly rude, there was a misunderstanding and I was charged 300 dollars for damages for working on my truck in the parking lot. My radiator was busted and I was there for work and had to make a 7 hour drive home. No one talked to me while I was there, no posted sign, I was just trying to get home. Later I was sent this bill, and my company was notified as well. The invoice was paid, and When asked if we could see an invoice for the "biohazard cleanup" we were met with unprofessionalism and course dismissiveness from what is a reasonable request. We will be looking for avenues to escalate.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE PLACE !!!! Was not told about $200 cash deposit on the phone when I called about booking. Stop for the night on company business and was told since I lived within 60 miles I would have to pay cash deposit for pet and room damages, I'm almost 60 yrs old, driving a $150,000 truck and paying with a corporate card and they want cash for a deposit 🤬 and then the lady says she'll wave the deposit for the night but please don't trash the room 🤬🤬🤬 WTH, canceled reservation and will never book there again!!!!!

  The hotel is very clean and the front desk. People are very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel again.
