Upon arrival it was stated “since I lived within a 60mi radius, they needed $200 more as a deposit”. They were not upfront about the extra money they were asking for. When asked for a refund the manager was very rude. Will never been booking a stay here again & I advise against such unless your willing to fork up 400 for a “mid” hotel room.

Also was told by her not to come back.

The breakfast was perfect but I think the general manager Kim needs to work on her hospitality. Very rude to multiple guest while in the breakfast area. I know everyone has their days but when you work in customer service environment you have to have your best guest service on. We were really pleased with the rest of the staff!
