- MSMichael SeiderFeb 24, 20261.0Absolutely TERRIBLE PLACE !!!! Was not told about $200 cash deposit on the phone when I called about booking. Stop for the night on company business and was told since I lived within 60 miles I would have to pay cash deposit for pet and room damages, I'm almost 60 yrs old, driving a $150,000 truck and paying with a corporate card and they want cash for a deposit 🤬 and then the lady says she'll wave the deposit for the night but please don't trash the room 🤬🤬🤬 WTH, canceled reservation and will never book there again!!!!!

Upon arrival it was stated “since I lived within a 60mi radius, they needed $200 more as a deposit”. They were not upfront about the extra money they were asking for. When asked for a refund the manager was very rude. Will never been booking a stay here again & I advise against such unless your willing to fork up 400 for a “mid” hotel room.
