The breakfast was perfect but I think the general manager Kim needs to work on her hospitality. Very rude to multiple guest while in the breakfast area. I know everyone has their days but when you work in customer service environment you have to have your best guest service on. We were really pleased with the rest of the staff!

- CKChristian KrumrieSep 17, 20251.0As a traveling contractor, laundry is a must, $2 to wash $4 to dry, AFTER the dryer ate my first $2 (staff said there was nothing they can do, fine its $2) after 80 minutes all my cloths were still soaked, with no other option here gose another $4 to dry, LAUNDRY SHOULD NOT COST $10 IN THIS KIND OF HOTEL. I am not saying dont stay here, but definitely dont do laundry here
