- TPtiffany perkins5 days ago3.0The location was key for the stay here as we are visiting family and the area doesn't offer much. The staff are very friendly and the cleanliness is pretty good. However there are some definite concerns with the building and health and safety of guests in relation to it. Our room has visible black mold and a leak coming from the above unit that is clearly old as they have painted over it, however the mold is present and it's literally dripping wet.

The card keys wouldn't work the next day. The front desk acted like we bothered them. But they had someone working on he card readers that most likely reset the readers. It seems the front desk should have known. We saw others having problems. The positives are that the water pressure was great. And they are remodeling. The breakfast was awesome. They have a nice variety and better quality than a lot of other hotels. Even the coffee machine ground the beans for each cup. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered cookies, hot chocolate and marshmallows in the lobby. I hadn't seen that anywhere in a long time. Maybe the next time we are there things will be better. The only 2 choices for the type of stay are business & vacation. It was neither.

She always also professional and handled are issues with no fuss when they aroused soon after checking in.That being said with in minutes of being in the room I killed 1 cockroach in the bathroom and saw at least 3 -4 more on the wall by the front door. To what I expect from a holiday inn is very disappointed. They are in the middle of remodeling so hopefully it's an issue they are attempting to resolve. But I can't be bringing that back to my house and my wife and kids.When raising this issue Bianca was understanding and took care of a full refund. Hope this is a issue that is resolved.

- ADAmanda DeatonNov 27, 20251.0This place is gross. Our room smells like old cigarettes, the bedding is a disgusting smell that I can't even describe. Our bathroom has a broken door handle and the ceiling has water damage with a large crack. Wallpaper is in terrible shape. Can't wait to go home and get the smell off of myself and our stuff. Breakfast. Biscuits and gravy were fine but eggs and potatoes were COLD.
