  The video I had was better than what Google posted. They only do 30 seconds. Generally Holiday Inn Expresses are excellent places to stay. I would give it maybe this time and 8 out of 10, due to the state of the room when I entered. Apparently they had cleaned the rugs and put all the furniture off to the side in front of the bathroom door. When I came in I had to do some moving around and I was wondering why all this furniture was over by the bathroom door. Also the bathtub was not cleaned I saw soap residue on the handicap handles and hairs around the drain of the bathtub. Overall the stay here was excellent. I would advise housekeeping to do better in rm. 216. The lighting over the microwave refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker area needs to be better there needs to be an under the cabinet light that lights up the counter tops so people can see better. Other than that the whole facility has plenty of amenities that you would want the breakfast was excellent It's a hot breakfast that has many items to select from. The area surrounding the hotel has plenty of stores and shopping and things to do. Don't forget to view the video.

  I book a suite, weeks in advance. We walk in and it is over powering of the smell of pot. So I go up and the guy puts us in a different room. We’re exhausted at this point from driving so long and we pull out the sofa bed which has food stuck in it and what looks like chips fall out everywhere. The sheets have who knows what on them. I look at the bill and they charged me extra for changing rooms. Would definitely not recommend.

  another great experience. staff was both friendly and professional. was in the area for business and will definitely stay with these folks again

  Absolutely the highest priced Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in! The hotel is nothing special it's an average Holiday Inn. The real surprise was, they asked me to spin the prize wheel, told me that I could have a "free snack" but while driving home I noticed that they charged my room $5 + tax for the "free snack" that's a pretty low-down dirty way to make a buck!

  Stayed here one night while in town for a show at the Plaza Theater. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast was actually really good with tons of variety and options. We would definitely return !
