There is no hot tub in the pool area, despite their Hilton Honors listing stating that they do when we made the reservation, as well as the hotel services tab (where you would view the pool hours) within the app once checked in. It has been filled with concrete. Conveniently, the image of the pool showing your hot tub has also dissapeared off of your Hilton listing after we mentioned it in the lobby. After a week of hiking and 8 hours of straight driving that day, I would not have spent money on two rooms, one directly next to the elevator on a night when the hotel clearly was not full, given the 10 cars in the lot. An all around disappointing experience for a Hilton hotel. I am fairly dedicated to the brand after working for it for 10 years of my life, and can overlook a lot. However the desk staff attitude on check in and check out, small and disappointing rooms (even though they are freshly remodeled and clean, kudos to the housekeeping for being the ONLY saving grace of this hotel), and clearly misleading website have made this one of the worst experiences I've had. Absolutely not what I've come to expect from Hilton/Hampton.

I'm giving this hotel 3 stars because it takes 30(!!!) minutes for the shower water to get hot in the morning. I'm a Hilton Honors member traveling for work, so I stayed here because the Hampton rewards 10 points per dollar vs the Home 2 rewards 5 points per dollar. But the Home 2 across the street is definitely better. I really don't think I should have to let the water run for 30 minutes to get a hot shower in the morning.

We usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton. We like the pet friendly bonus. It's usually clean and comfortable. This one was both. The breakfast was good. The pool was closed. They did offer us to swim at their sister hotel.

Hotel is renovated and overall in good condition. My problem was that thermostat in my room was not working. This should have been part of room ready checklist. I realized this too late in to night when room temperature dropped to 59 degrees. I was too tired to call reception at 1am! I mentioned this during checkout and not sure if ladies at reception knew what to do about it.
