The shower in the room was very low pressure. Electrical outlets and ubs outlets by the bed broken. No coffee condiments in room. Very poor paper products in bathroom. Very disappointing stay.

This property is showing its age and could use a renovation. The parking lot is lit with the HIE blue lighting and not the typical LED lights. This makes the property a little darker than usual at night and with it storming in the area during this visit, navigating the parking lot was a bit tough.

Last evening, while traveling for the holidays we stayed at this property. The front desk crew was polite and respectful so we checked in and headed to our room. The thermostat on the wall was not functioning, but the control on the HVAC Unit worked, so I set it to 67 and went on to bed. I woke up two hours later pooling in sweat. Clearly it need some work, please fix this so the next guest has a better experience. The shower curtain looked a little rough as well. I attempted to mention the issue with the HVAC Unit on checkout, but the front desk crew were on the phone and I waited a bit but had to get rolling.
