Our Frankfort, Home2Suite experience was very disappointing. Our reservation was for a one night stay.
On the day of check-in, I communicated through the Hilton app that we were expecting to arrive later than we had hoped (around 10 pm). We arrived shortly after 10 pm, and no one was at the desk. We waited a little bit and looked for a call bell of some sort to notify someone we needed help checking in. I ended up calling the hotel, and a man came out from the back to answer the phone, and he appeared to just wake up. Instead of greeting with a smile and a 'hello,' he asked a question as if he were following up from a previous conversation. After the confusion settled, and the man appeared more awake, he checked us into our room, and we were on our way. I want to be abundantly clear; the man at check-in was kind once he became more oriented.
Once we got into our room, I went to the restroom and realized there was no soap to wash my hands at the sink. I went to use the body wash from the shower, only to realize there was none mounted on the wall. Thankfully, I found the body wash tucked in the corner shelf of the shower, but there was next to nothing in the bottle.
The next day, we were supposed to check out, but we're given an opportunity to enjoy a day in Frankfort, so immediately, i jumped on the Hilton app to see if reservations were available. According to the Hilton app, there were rooms available, and i didn't want to potentially cause confusion by booking a room and having to pack up, check out, etc. So, shortly after 9 am, my husband and I went to the front desk to see if they could assist us with adding an extra night. The man who assisted was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Immediately, he said that they were fully booked and there was no way to accommodate. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt even though he didn't check the computer or anything, but then I shared with him that the Hilton app is allowing me to book, and he then said I have to book through the app if we wanted to extend our stay. His tone and body language were disrespectful. It was obvious I was an annoyance to him. I then went to my husband, who was making his breakfast plate, to discuss what he'd like me to do, and the man behind the desk raised his voice to talk to us saying, "I can book you for another night but you have to hurry up, it has to happen right now" and contuned to be a bit pushy. The pressure to book with him was gross. We politely said, "nevermind, we will gather our things and check-out." We proceeded to pack up our things, load the car, and check out. While at check out, a bunch of reservation papers with guest information was visible on the desk, along with notes on a separate piece of paper with information guests should not be viewing.
The whole five minute experience with the man on checkout day was uncomfortable and cringy. My husband and I are traveling through Frankfort in March, and we had booked a room for one night because we typically love Home2Suites, but after this experience, we will be canceling that reservation and staying somewhere else.

We’ve stayed here twice during longer road trips. On our first stay, we experienced some issues but assumed it was a one-off. On our second stay, the same problems occurred again.
The front desk was often unattended, and the desk phone did not work, making it difficult to get assistance. The TV and internet were not functioning properly. We were moved to a second room, but the same issues were present there, and the room was not clean.
When these concerns were raised, the response was dismissive. After reading other reviews, these appear to be recurring issues rather than a fluke.
Sharing this for awareness, especially for travelers arriving late who need a reliable, functional stay.
EDIT: Hilton corporate asked me to reach out. I already had. After a week and ah alf, there has still no follow-up from the property.
