We’ve stayed here twice during longer road trips. On our first stay, we experienced some issues but assumed it was a one-off. On our second stay, the same problems occurred again.
The front desk was often unattended, and the desk phone did not work, making it difficult to get assistance. The TV and internet were not functioning properly. We were moved to a second room, but the same issues were present there, and the room was not clean.
When these concerns were raised, the response was dismissive. After reading other reviews, these appear to be recurring issues rather than a fluke.
Sharing this for awareness, especially for travelers arriving late who need a reliable, functional stay.

Trying to take a shower no hot water ran water took a shower still no hot water went to the front desk told them they said that I needed to let the water run longer and I said it ran for over 10 minutes and they said well you need to let it run for 20 minutes I don’t think you should wait 20 minutes for hot water to take a shower

My family and I stay at Hilton properties frequently and I have stayed at this one in particular a few times. My stays here have always been good, but our most recent stay was the best so far. Our travel plans needed to adjust and Jessie on the night shift went above and beyond to not only welcome and take care of us when we got in late, he helped us adjust our reservations to extend our stay ensuring it was easy as possible for us. My whole family made comments about how awesome he was in their interactions with him. Jessie, thanks for everything, you are the epitome of what customer service should be!

Everything was very good until the last morning of the day we left. The lady kept opening the front door allowing cold air to enter the lobby while we were eating breakfast. Then we loading up and she turned the lights under breeze way off on us. No idea what her issue is but they need to be addressed.
