The check-in was super easy, and I got to pick my room! I tried to check in on the app, but the app wanted my personal credit card for incidentals, although it was an employer paid room. I called to ask about that, and the staff told me that I didn't have to place a credit card on file for business accounts and reserved the room I wanted. Thank you to the staff for that, because I really loved the room!
This hotel recently underwent a full remodel in May, and I give 5 stars just for the great remodel. But this room also had a microwave and mini fridge that were located on the left and center of the entertainment center.
Full warning, all the mattresses are brand new and very firm. If you love a firm mattress, you'll love these. I need a soft mattress myself, so it was difficult for me to get comfortable. Also, the AC was on point. I usually keep my AC on Arctic cold, but I actually had to turn the air up before I went to bed!
The breakfast offered was amazing. They have a significant number of choices.
I also noticed that they had printed maps of Frankfort and tourist brochures at the front desk. I loved that and even saw some things I'd like to see even though I'm a native Kentuckian.
I had a great stay, and I would gladly stay again on my next business trip!
