And could smell ozone. When we checked out let them know that, "I'm sorry" is what we got. Asked if the hotel has been booked and was told no. Said they could have put us in another room. "I'm sorry.". Had planned to stay there on our way back but will look elsewhere. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Noise was terrible... Update; spoke with the manager. She was able to resolve the issue and understood the situation. Thanks so much for caring about the customer. Appreciate it. Will return again. Thanks

We checked in remotely from the app, so we were able to just grab our bags and walk straight to our room when we arrived around 5:30am. The bed was very comfortable. When we checked out in the morning we had some leftovers we wanted to heat up thinking they had a microwave in the lobby area and they didn't. Kayleigh at the front desk offered us not only plates and forks, but to heat up our food in their personal microwave for us. The small gesture went above and beyond our expectations. She was extremely kind and the interaction made our experience at this location even more memorable. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The towels were soft and thick, not the scratchy kind you sometimes find at other hotels. Another big plus was the convenient location, close to most of the Capitol buildings where I had meetings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
