The entire hotel was always clean, and I never had any issues. Todd and Miss Terry went above and beyond my whole stay. Frank was also very friendly, helpful and kind throughout my stay. I look forward to staying there again.
- VJVicki Jackson5 days ago1.0I contacted the hotel and spoke with Todd (manager) about pricing for the meeting space. I was asked what I needed it for and I said a Mary Kay party. He wanted to know what I do at the party. I explained it is a skincare class. I told him that my family uses it every year for a family reunion social and he said that don't do reunions there anymore. He looked too see if the room was booked for my family this year. It hasn't been booked yet. I told him he could check 2025 and my mother in laws reservation. He declined. This interrogation went on for over 4 minutes. All I called for was pricing. He finally told me it was $300 for 3 hours on a Thursday. I declined and told him I will never consider this hotel and I will let my family know about my interrogation. I informed him that I am a Mary Kay Pink Cadillac Director and I didn't appreciate this conversation. Whoever reads this review, I will be posting this on social media.

Lacking a few modern amenities, but we didn't miss them. Only obvious lack was an elevator to the second floor, but not a problem if you get a first floor room (kings only available on second floor). Best rate in the area.

The first suite looked a little worse for the wear so we asked about the one that was in better condition. The next one had better carpet and furniture. The was good. Some of the Hotel needs updating, But it looks good they are working on it.
