- TTTonyMar 7, 20261.0I’ve frequently stayed with IHG hotel groups and have had accommodations made due to the times that I travel (day cab trucker) also I’m going to apologize for this run on paragraph ahead of time. So I called this location around 2am and I got someone from overseas, so I had to go through a middle man for service, after explaining why I wanted to check in at that time she put me on hold and came back and said they would have to charge me double the rate and I still would have to check out at 11am. If any of you know the truckers clock we have to stop for at least 10 hours before we can drive again. They told me they couldn’t pro rate nor accommodate me. You may say that’s business, well I’ve stayed at other locations that has always accommodated me by just charging me once and extending my check out…this was bad for me. So I took my business to Hilton and they were more than happy to help me and even thanked me for being a driver knowing how tough it is for us, and how important we are. I know there are some really bad apples, but we all aren’t bad. But I say that to say I’m disappointed that IHG let me down, and I hope that every truck your product comes on, doesn’t make it to your location.

Sunday the breakfast waitress was less than nice and the clerk checking out didn’t say thanks or offer a bill to us. It was strange that Saturday was so nice and Sunday was so rude.
