  Our church group stayed here from April 20-22, 2026. We visited The Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Cincinnati, and Newport, KY. The hotel is conveniently located for visits to all these locations. It was very clean, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly and always had a smile on her face. There is a Walmart and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which makes it very convenient for personal stays as well as group stays. Thank you Holiday Inn Express, Florence and the entire staff! We had a wonderful visit.

  Great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hotel itself felt modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Service stood out throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

  This place is pretty awesome! Fire pit out back, breakfast area is spacious with a variety, lobby bathrooms are clean along with the rooms. The front desk has less of an office vibe and more of a welcome center vibe, which is more inviting. There's a tiny little golf thing in the front lobby also, which is appealing to those who stay longer than a couple of days. The location is perfect for finding several options for places to eat at or from. Two elevators, which is always a plus. Conveniently next door to a Walmart. Plenty to do in the area and not too loud by the highway. Kresta is my favorite front desk employee there. She just seems so calm and steady, like she has everything under control. I'll be returning someday, and that's where I'll want to be.

  We needed to be close to the airport to have a shuttle. This hotel did not disappoint! Amazing breakfast with so many choices, clean and very spacious rooms that even smelled good! Mary at the check-in desk was a ray of sunshine, lots of fun, and made us feel very welcome. Every hotel needs a Mary!

  My young child and I arrived on a Friday evening after a long day of travel. We quickly settled into our room on the second floor. The room was very clean and spacious. We went to check out the pool after arriving, and it had plenty of places to sit and it was stocked with towels. During the night we did have other people in the room above us who arrived late and were rather loud. I called the desk and they quickly resolved the issue. The next morning my child enjoyed the free breakfast. There were lots of options to choose from and the food looked freshly prepared. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. Before checking out I did speak with the manager, McKennah. She was so polite and kind. If you have any issues please be respectful to the staff and they will try their best to help.
