Room hadn’t been cleaned, sheets were filthiest, tub and sink had hair in it, dresser and mirror was greasy, the mattress alone by the head board ON BOTH SIDES looked like somebody got shot in the head and left blood stains on both sides. Asked for another room and was denied because they were booked. Asked for a refund and the lady was giving us the run around and making it hella difficult. It’s like 11 something pm and hotels around us were booked as well. Contemplated on what to do and we ended up getting cleaning supplies and cleaning the room ourselves. Asked for clean sheets and the lady gave me a twin mattress cover……. I told her this isn’t going to work for me. Finally got a sheet and comforter and yeah that was our first night at the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Didn’t get a discount or anything. -100 /10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’d rather sleep on the street.

Is have more employees like Alayna working for you. She’s polite and goes out of her way to help your customers. I am a business owner and am very impressed with her work ethic. It would be to your best interest to do whatever you have to do to keep this wonderful person employed. She is a valuable asset to your establishment. Thank you Scott
