  Update: I’ve tried getting a hold of a manager for the past two days about my refund and still have not heard from anyone despite the owner commenting on this review! Still haven’t heard from anyone The rooms are nice considering they have a two bed room! They are absolutely NOT KID FRIENDLY. The manager felt my kids were to loud at the pool after only getting to swim for 5 minutes & tried to get us to sign a paper saying I wouldn’t get a refund if they had to put us out. So I decided I’d just take my daughter and her friends some where else for her birthday since it was obviously not a kid friendly environment and I didn’t want to loose out on our $310 for one night. I was promised a refund and still have not seen any confirmation of this happening. The manager told me “he’s happy I’m making a review saying they are not kid friendly .” I run two childcare facilities and seeing this man so angry with 11 year old girls was terrible. He did not handle things correctly! And I feel I have been robbed. Also do not book through booking.com because this hotel acts like they have no access to the portal to figure out how to refund any money even though booking.com continue to tell us the room could only be cancelled and refunded from the actual hotel it self.

  I stay out alot for work and I always choose Hilton bc of rewards and being a member. But THIS hotel was great. Incredibly clean room loved the style of the room. The staff was great the location was safe and great and the breakfast was actually really good. Alot of hotels breakfast arent seasoned but this one was next time im in the area im booking this hotel

  Super close to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options.

  Nice cleans rooms. Discovered a leak at the kitchen sink, but when I reported it to the front desk and let them know when I'd be out of the room, it was fixed when I returned 8 hours later. Excellent work.

  The website was less than user friendly.Because I clicked on two dates and thought I had scheduled 2 nights.But it's one night. Till that was very disappointed. The breakfast was amazing. The room was amazing. And after the shock and disappointment and the outrageous price of 20000 points being $40 to help this did help me save 20 on. My second night, so all in all i'm gonna go with a three out of five stars. Also, the hot tub was out of order, which is why we went there
