  Huge disappointment here. I travel frequently for work and am a Hilton Member. This is the kinda stuff that makes me consider switching to a different fleet. The hotel was fine but the entire place was under construction which was not disclosed to me. So I paid full price for a hotel that had pretty much everything closed. And the breakfast closed early/was only halfway set up. I would have just gone to a different Hilton hotel nearby had I known. But the lack of disclosure was a pain.

  The place is clean, the rooms were nice but the dishwasher didn’t work. The heat was also messed up it worked but you had to crank it to 90 for it to quit blowing cold air at that point its to hot but if I kept the temperature below that it blew cold air , had I known I would have asked to switch rooms but we just came in from swimming that night and we were DONE!! Also the pool was not HEATED! Everybody that tried it was cold!

  Breakfast staff was rude to guests. No meat other than egg at breakfast. Pillows were terrible. Heater didn't keep up

  I'm in town on business, but the staff here have really made my stay feel like home. Everyone I've spoken to here is so friendly; the night clerk Rosa always greeted me by name when I came back and made pleasant small talk. One morning when it had snowed, the morning clerk Zarah lent me her own personal snow brush when Home2's brush was unavailable -- she went above the line of duty on that one. Absolutely loved how the service made me feel. It is such a pleasant experience. The rooms were very nice for the price -- having a kitchenette was very nifty, the decor was very pretty, and the room itself was quite spacious. The beds weren't the softest however and were a bjt creaky, but they're more or less what I expect at the price point. I wasn't able to use the pool or workout room while I was in, but both facilities were very clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was par for the course, nothing to write home about, though the waffle maker was a nice plus. All in all, I really did have a lovely time this week. If I'm in the area again for work, I'd happily choose to stay here again.
