    Breakfast staff was rude to guests. No meat other than egg at breakfast. Pillows were terrible. Heater didn't keep up

    I'm in town on business, but the staff here have really made my stay feel like home. Everyone I've spoken to here is so friendly; the night clerk Rosa always greeted me by name when I came back and made pleasant small talk. One morning when it had snowed, the morning clerk Zarah lent me her own personal snow brush when Home2's brush was unavailable -- she went above the line of duty on that one. Absolutely loved how the service made me feel. It is such a pleasant experience. The rooms were very nice for the price -- having a kitchenette was very nifty, the decor was very pretty, and the room itself was quite spacious. The beds weren't the softest however and were a bjt creaky, but they're more or less what I expect at the price point. I wasn't able to use the pool or workout room while I was in, but both facilities were very clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was par for the course, nothing to write home about, though the waffle maker was a nice plus. All in all, I really did have a lovely time this week. If I'm in the area again for work, I'd happily choose to stay here again.

    One of the two treadmills in the fitness center was inoperable, a persistent issue per staff, making it frustrating as the working one was always in use. The power outlet by my bed didn’t work, leaving my phone at 15% battery before a morning presentation. Another presenter nearly missed an event bus after waking at 1 a.m. to find his phone at 1% charge. This stay was no better than a Holiday Inn Express, no worse than a Red Roof Inn.

    This hotel was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, and everything was clean! This was probably my favorite out of all the Hyatt hotels I've stayed at! Highly recommend this hotel!!
