Whenever I come in the door i am greeted by staff. If I need anything they are accommodating. I am talking about front desk and the housekeeper. I love the 3rd floor housekeeper I wish I could tell u her name..I really like Tierra ( if thats how u spell it ) on 1st shift. She's been great from day one. We always chat for a min when she is on duty. The place is clean, quiet, and convenient to many things. They have a restaurant in the lobby that is open for breakfast and dinner. The burgers at night are really good! I just cant say enough good things about this place. If I could live here I would

My room had a bit of a strange odor to it, there was a cleaning wipe and a old towel in the bathroom. Nothing bad overall but still room for some improvement.

The eggs were shriveled up and looked like a massive amount of pepper on them. The French toast was way overdone, burned. The orange juice was warm, cream cheese warm. There are health code violations for not having cream cheese refrigerated. GROSS!!!!!
