She went above and beyond to return a TV remote to the Holiday Inn Express in Edinburgh, IN that I accidentally had taken. She was very friendly, informative and helpful with my questions and the check in process and she saved me money by personally taking the TV remote I had accidentally taken and returning it to the Edinburgh location since she was staying there that night. That kind of service is hard to come by! Thanks McKennah!
