    The entire experience at this hotel was terrible!! If I could give it zero starts I would! My reservation was for 1 night but they changed it to 2 and charged me for 2 nights even after I spoke with them confirming I had already checked out. The staff at this location is rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I've stayed at hundreds of Hilton hotels over the years and have never experienced such a poor customer experience as I did at this hotel! GM was a complete jerk so it's not shocking the staff is completely rude as well!

    I stayed a few weeks ago and I really liked the stay, the lobby was very clean, excellent reception and the rooms were very spotless, I would definitely stay again.

    I have to say, this is one of THE NICEST Hilton stays I’ve had, and I’ve had many. I was tired from driving and pulled over for the night, and the gentleman at the desk, Manoj, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. I mean, I was dragging tired, and he really went above and beyond to get me checked in and into my room. The room had some of the best details I’ve seen yet. Bow-ties of the toilet paper, roses on tissue boxes, hand towels twisted into flowers. I just stayed in the Waldorf last November, and I don’t recall being this impressed with those little details. The room was clean, quiet, and when I’m coming this was again, I know I’ll be planning on my stay to be here.
