I was tired from driving and pulled over for the night, and the gentleman at the desk, Manoj, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. I mean, I was dragging tired, and he really went above and beyond to get me checked in and into my room. The room had some of the best details I’ve seen yet. Bow-ties of the toilet paper, roses on tissue boxes, hand towels twisted into flowers. I just stayed in the Waldorf last November, and I don’t recall being this impressed with those little details. The room was clean, quiet, and when I’m coming this was again, I know I’ll be planning on my stay to be here.

Parking is $8 and the price is not advertised anywhere. 2. The continental breakfast, that I would rate a 2/5 compared to others was $16. It's a terrible Continental breakfast for crying out loud. There are plenty of other choices nearby, use that. 3. My room door was an "accessible room" and was difficult to open and would slam shut. 4. My TV remote was broken, I was given a replacement but it also didn't work. Luckily you can control the TV from your phone if you have your stay linked to the Hilton app. Possibly one of my worst Hilton experiences of all time.
