  The hotel was not so good. Beds are hard. The rooms were small. Tiles were cracked. The bathtub was peeling. The fire sprinkler was literally hammered through the wall A few of the guest smelt of weed and drugs. Not a great place.

  Staff was ok. You can tell who the boss was by her yelling at a housekeeper, even though I couldn't see her because they were in a room and we will getting on the elevator you can tell she is foreign. Breakfast reviews were better than it seemed. There wasn't fresh strawberries or blueberries like others had mentioned. Location was the best about the stay. This hotel is renovating so be ready for noise until late.

  During our recent stay while visiting the Ark Encounter with family, we encountered a mix of experiences at this hotel. Check-in was less than pleasant due to the demeanor of a staff member covered in tattoos, who came across as quite rude. It was unfortunate, as this first impression set a negative tone for our arrival. I could understand his frustration, however, as we overheard a little Indian lady in the hallway, loudly demanding things from the staff and yelling at the housekeeping guy. It was distracting and felt inappropriate. On a positive note, Jean, the housekeeping staff, was exceptional. She genuinely cared about our comfort and took the time to ask how our stay was going, which was greatly appreciated. The young ladies managing the breakfast the next morning was also wonderful. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations and was a delightful way to start our day. I believe their name was Carrie and Rianna. Overall, while there were some staffing challenges, Jean and the breakfast team made our experience more enjoyable.

  Stayed here during our tour of TN and KY. Great central location for visiting sites. Less crowded and no parking fees. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, so my review is only addressing the older part of the hotel. The decor is pretty aged, so I understand the need for renovations. All of our room amenities were in working order, so issue there. Cleaning was on par. We were gone most of the day so didn’t hear too much noise except upon return, but the workers stopped around dinner time. We left early in the morning so didn’t eat any food except a coffee out the door. They did have some powdered eggs and maybe a meat choice along with pre-packaged pastries and juice selection. Would be happy to stay here and see the new updates when completed.

  I was in between moving,and stayed there a night,everything was great!! It was clean,my bed was nice and fresh and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic,they had scrambled eggs,sausage,fried potatoes, they have a waffle machine that makes the most delicious waffles,and along with that they had,apples,bananas,yogurt, the front counter was very friendly along with the best general manager, she really cares about her job,and it show!! Thank you for the very pleasant experience!! I highly recommend this place,and its in a very good location,So Thank you!! And ill definitely be back..Suzanne B from Burlington
