Upon entering my assigned room, I encountered conditions that rendered the room uninhabitable, including blood-stained bedding, evidence of insects consistent with bed bugs, unsanitary furniture, and a bathroom that had not been properly cleaned. I also sustained bed bug bites during the stay. I immediately reported these issues at checkout to the front desk manager, Amanda Woods, and provided photographic documentation. I was offered 25,000 IHG Rewards points and was explicitly told that this would cover five complimentary nights at any Holiday Inn property. My daughter was present during this conversation and can confirm that this representation was clearly made. I relied on this statement in good faith. However, I later discovered that 25,000 points do not cover even a single night at most locations, making this a clear misrepresentation of the compensation offered. Additionally, I was told that a full refund of $97.99 would be processed through Hotels.com and that I would receive follow-up communication. To date: • No refund has been issued • No follow-up has occurred • Responsibility has been shifted between parties without resolution Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with both the hotel and corporate representatives, including escalation to the executive level, no meaningful or appropriate resolution has been provided. At no point has any party offered compensation that reasonably reflects the severity of the conditions or the five-night stay that was explicitly represented to me. I strongly suggest you stay far away from this hotel, especially room 300. If you incur a problem during your stay at a Holiday Inn Hotel, do not expect any time of resolution or compensation. The company could care less about their customers. I have had to file complaints with the Attorney General in KY and NH and with the Better Business Bureau. Holiday Inn should be completely ashamed of themselves. For your safety, please check for bed bugs. I did, and still got bitten.

This hotel is beautiful, spacious, and guest-oriented. Our service while here, specifically with the ladies at the front desk and Mrs. Tennessee, has been superb. My four-star rating comes from my booking experience only - when you call the hotel, if you ask for bookings instead of the front desk, you are forwarded to a third party that overcharges, is rude and unhelpful, and ultimately messed up my entire booking. This is something Holiday Inn needs to fix immediately.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was highlighted by a room that was notably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for a restful night. While the stay was largely seamless, the television technology felt a bit dated and could definitely use an upgrade to align with more modern standards. However, the dining experience more than made up for it. The breakfast was excellent, and a special shout-out goes to our server, Tennessee, who was absolutely super and truly deserves praise for such attentive and professional service. Between the great food and the top-tier hospitality, I would definitely recommend this location.

We did the park and fly option so we stayed one night and then left our car while we were out of town. The hotel is fine - nothing special but fine enough, and has a restaurant on site. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place felt fairly clean. The beds however were super hard and sagged in the middle - which I have not experienced at other Holiday Inns. They were were by far the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Getting to the airport on the shuttle was fine, but when we got back we ended up waiting an hour for the shuttle with our 4mo old and 3 yr old. We got outside to the pickup area at 11:43am so I called then for the shuttle and was told it would come at 12:08. At 12:14 I called and was told he came by and picked someone up and that they thought it was us. We were the only ones outside in the hotel pickup area - there were literally zero other people for almost the entire time we were waiting, and this is not a big pickup area. So they claimed that he somehow came by, picked someone else up, and missed us while we also didn’t notice him? I can assure you this did not happen. So we ended up waiting for a full hour after a long morning of travel with an infant and a toddler just to get back to our car. I would highly discourage anyone from booking this hotel as a park and fly option.

They are renovating but the hotel looks good. Kinda of a 70s vibe, it’s cute. The breakfast was awesome!!!! Tennessee was waitress and she was awesome and so kind and cheerful. She addressed everyone with respect and kindness. She ensured everyday their tables needs were met and always asked if anything else was needed. If something was needed Tennessee would get it from you in a heartbeat! Pavan was awesome as well. He was very nice and even provided a breakfast voucher. Satisfied customer here
