The room was not clean and there is mold in the bathroom around the tub and the ceiling. The light above the tub was leaking water. The toilet sounded like a faucet leaking. We were there Monday through Friday. My husband turned the water off to the toilet one night to hopefully fix the noise issue from the bathroom but it was only one of many noises coming from the bathroom because there was similar noises through the wall. The noise coming from the PTAC or whatever they have was very loud and didn't sound like it was working properly and didn't use it at night. Sleeping was difficult due to the many sounds. Also had concerns about the mold exposure. The hallways were heavily perfumed.

Stepped in a hole in the floor they carpeted over without repairing and twisted my knee. Charged me for two breakfasts we couldn’t eat as the restaurant didn’t open till after our plane departed. Airport shuttle nearly made us late for our flight circling the parking lot, looking for a guy’s car who couldn’t remember where he parked it. One of the two most awful hotel experiences in my lifetime.
- EBErin BDec 16, 20254.0Stayed one night after a cancelled flight - this hotel is super close to the airport so I was able to use the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport quickly. My room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room did have a certain smell that was strange but not bad, kind of like your grandma's perfume. I had meal vouchers from the airline which were easy to use at the hotel's restaurant. Dinner was good and the waitress was kind. I opted for an entree for breakfast (rather than the buffet) and, my waitress, Ms.Tennessee, took really great care of me by checking on me often, keeping my coffee hot, and discussing our shared love of grape jelly 😊
