The hotel was packed. There were kids running through the halls, knocking on doors, etc. Also, they had no towels, bedding, or anything for that matter! Very disappointing considering what was paid to stay there!

Lobby/common area full of drunk parents with groups of kids running the halls all night, yelling, banging on doors, including my door at 11:30pm, destroying decorations, etc. Several calls to front desk to no avail. I was told “take care of it yourself. Call the police if you like”

The hotel location was the only thing good about our stay. We are currently staying here checking out tomorrow. There is a youth football tournament going on this weekend and a lot of youth football players along with their families/ parents are here. I am all about supporting any sports however the way these children acted, very minimal parent supervision, the hotel lobby looked like a kids club gone bad, the disrespect, and the trashy mouths was disgusting. If that was my organization that would be the last time they ever played football. Aside from that the pool was so crowded. I’m not talking over crowded I’m talking it should have been shut down crowded. Im not sure if this hotel has ever hosted such an event but they should never again. They weren’t prepared. They were letting children run wild and like I mentioned the pool. It was extremely dangerous! Way over capacity. The hotel staff should have stepped in and cleaned up the lobby, made kids behave and stop running around like fools, jumping off the side walls and in the planters and got the pool to capacity. Now let’s talk about our room. It was a king bed with pull out sofa, usually bedding for sofa will be in drawer or closet we had nothing to the bed, go to pick up the phone to call desk and neither of the two phones worked, we walked down there, they only had one pillow left. There is no hair dryer in the room and the microwave is like a community one by the ice maker/vending not in your room. Breakfast is not included. If you have more than two to a room and want breakfast for the others you must purchase each one a coupon for $6 each. It was just a ok room. Lastly, the parking lot. There was nowhere to park!!! I hope if others choose to stay here they have a much better experience. I always choose Holiday Inn but it will be along time before I return to this one if ever.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip but this was great and very different from other Holiday Inns. They have conference rooms too. My room was also nice and had a very low noise feeling. The breakfast was so good and service was great. Overall, pleasant experience. Will visit again.

This hotel deserves 0 stars. I ended up here after my flight was cancelled. NEVER again! I tried to wait until the manager reached out and they never did. I have been calling at random times and no answer or either they aren't there at the time. This place is deplorable. It is mold infested. I'm allergic to mold and had to go to the doctor to be treated. I'm currently in talks with my lawyer due to the severity of this incident. Blood stains on the bed, masking mold in the carpets with chemicals, and not to mention I opened the fridge in one of the rooms and it smelled as if something died in it. I just don't understand. From the outside it's a beautiful place but those rooms are hideous and unclean. They moved me 3 times and all 3 times it was the same. I was told by the manager they would reach out to address my concerns and that never happened. This is not safe and I don't advise anyone to stay here especially if you have health conditions.
