  This was the nicest BW that we have stayed in in a long time. Everything was as it should be, from the check in, to the room to the breakfast.

  Pam the manger is so nice she gave my soccer team candy with parent permission.She thought how to make very good hot chocolate and good and nice rooms 5 stats

  The nicest thing was the two men making a wonderful breakfast experience. Worst thing hotel wakes you up at 6 Am. This happened to multiple people we talked to at breakfast. Two rooms booked at same time. Supposed to be the same price. Not the case One of the staff members working the check in should not be working with the public.

  IF YOU WANNA GET CHARGED TWICE STAY HERE . IF YOU WANNA GET LIED TO STAY HERE. IF YOU WANNA GET TALKED TO HORRIBLY STAY HERE. I BOOKED A ROOM FOR MY PARENTS ONLINE THEN WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY TRIED TO CHARGE THEM TOO FOR THE ROOM EVEN THO I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT . I CALL THE PLACE TO ASK WHY THERE NOT LETTING THEM IN A ROOM AND SHE COULDN'T TELL ME WHY SHE SAID WE ARE CANCELING THE ROOM I SAID WHY BECAUSE YOU GOT CHAUGHT TRYING TO CHARGE THE ROOM TWICE AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME . I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE THE WAY THEY TALKED TO MY PARENTS.
