  We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati Riverfront by IHG, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Marsha S. for the extraordinary service and hospitality she provided. We had two rooms: • Room 416 – a double queen with a river view. Nothing spectacular, but you can see the Bengals stadium on the Cincinnati side, which was a nice touch. • Room 404 – a king room with a separate living area and river view. We were originally booked in a standard king, but due to an issue with the heating system, Marsha went above and beyond to accommodate us in this larger room, which made a big difference for our stay. We were traveling with a large family group (my wife, 7-year-old son, mother, sister, and a cousin visiting from Argentina and Peru), and the extra space was extremely appreciated. The hotel breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and overall the property is well maintained. The pool wasn’t the warmest (about 84°F), but it was still very enjoyable, especially for swimming and playing around. There were always plenty of pool towels available, and staff restocked them quickly when needed. Our cousin (an Ironman athlete) used the gym and was very happy with it. All rooms include a small fridge and microwave, which made it very convenient to bring back leftovers and reheat food. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will likely stay here again. If you’re traveling as a family of four with two kids, I highly recommend booking the larger room, it gives everyone more space and independence. Lastly, I want to mention that all of the staff were amazing, but Marsha truly stood out and made our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

  Friendly staff and nice location. Easy access right off the highway and super close to the stadium. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Nice rooms overlooking the river and free breakfast included. Lots of food and liquor options in the area. Nice large seating area downstairs in the lobby for breakfast or just to hang out. There are computers and a TV in the lobby area as well along with a small vending machine area with food and drink. I would stay here again.

  The hotel was in a great spot, minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast crew every morning were sweet and attentive. The HVAC and heat worked great throughout the building. We used their conference room for a meeting we had for the entirety of our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had all the connections (and more) that I would need, to connect almost any kind of device to their setup. The building and rooms themselves were nice, the pool felt very clean and well maintained, but the staff shone through. This is the first hotel I've stayed at since 2020 that did room service (making the bed and replacing towels) every day that we were there. 10/10 would recommend.
