The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast crew every morning were sweet and attentive. The HVAC and heat worked great throughout the building. We used their conference room for a meeting we had for the entirety of our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had all the connections (and more) that I would need, to connect almost any kind of device to their setup. The building and rooms themselves were nice, the pool felt very clean and well maintained, but the staff shone through. This is the first hotel I've stayed at since 2020 that did room service (making the bed and replacing towels) every day that we were there. 10/10 would recommend.

- BBBrittOct 19, 20251.0Extremely Disappointing Stay – Multiple Unsanitary Rooms I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel from October 16–19, 2025 was unacceptable and very stressful. I was moved three times due to unclean and unsafe conditions: Room 329: A bug (appearing to be a bed bug) was found on the bed, raising immediate health and safety concerns and forcing me to move around midnight. Room 220: The second room was also unsanitary, with a visibly stained mattress and crumbs and dirt on the pull-out sofa, showing it had not been properly cleaned. Room 417: This was the only available option after 2 AM, and I had to accept a handicap-accessible room I didn’t reserve. The toilet wasn’t clean, some of the lights, weren’t working, the TV cut on and off, and the bed was itchy, making it difficult to rest comfortably. The hotel later offered to move me again or help me find other lodging, but by that point my stay was almost over, and I was too stressed and exhausted to keep moving. Out of concern about pests I kept my bags sealed. Based on the condition of the previous rooms, I was certain that any “upgraded” room would not meet acceptable standards either. Although staff were polite and offered partial compensation (one free night and half off another), this does not make up for the repeated sanitation failures, the distress I endured, or the hotel’s inability to provide a truly clean, safe environment. Guests deserve a hygienic, well-maintained room especially after midnight room changes and confirmed cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
