Hotel is kinda in the hood.
Hallways reminded me of old hotels that haven't been updated.
Hallways were loud when room keeping was going thought.
Amazing shower pressure, but that was the highlight of the stay.
No free breakfast either
The hotel bar closed way earlier then posted, the bartender said 930, but they were closed by 845.
Room was clean but the bathroom mirror wasn't clean.
There's a white castle next to the hotel which was cool, but overall I wouldn't stay here again.

Was told upon arrival about the inclusion of breakfast for all people. Denied by a patsy security. Stained walls and vaguely smelled of old food in the actual room

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS.
We stayed at this hotel for the first time & we discovered a bed bug crawling on one of the beds. When we told an employee all they suggested was moving us down 2 rooms, on the SAME floor. They did not offer a refund. We had to pack up all of our belongings in trash bags, tied tight & double bagged & leave to go to another hotel at 11 at night & wake my sleeping baby up in the snow!! So frustrating! We ditched our suit case because I was too worried about bringing anything home with us or in our car. We have to wash & dry all of our clothes on high heat multiple times. Please don’t make the mistake of staying here like I did & not reading google reviews first. You can find multiple other reviews stating that they found bed bugs. Seriously, just don’t. If you need a nice hotel, stay down the road a little bit at the holiday inn EXPRESS at 200 crescent avenue instead, the facilities are nicer, you get a free breakfast included, & the staff are wonderful! We have stayed there many times before with no issue. DO NOT stay here.
