- DWDavid Van Wonterghem3 days ago2.0Our first room was a suite. When we entered the room the shades were both drawn. When got to open the second blind was broke and just hanging down over the window. Looked bad. When we tried to see if we could fix we looked behind the couch that was against the window and there on floor was all kinds of dead lady bugs and dirt and...stuff. That piece of floor, because it was behind and under the couch, was never swept. We called the front desk and they were good enough to give us a new room. The new room was a bit better. If you looked around you could still see signs of shody housekeeping. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost non existent and the bathtub faucet was dripping... Both the drain on the tub and sink hardly drained. Horrible housekeeping/ maintenance. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be Not the usually quality we have been used to in a Holiday Inn. I would recommend looking elsewhere

- ANAngie NelsonMar 21, 20264.0Smelled good when you walk in. Gentleman at the front desk was not very attentive, seemed like he was doing something on the computer and didnt want to be bothered. Decent price. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was nice but could have been cleaner. The blinds were broken and there were some repairs to the walls and ceilings that were not completed correctly.
