1st stay here. Enjoyed the suite. Rooms were nice and roomy. Clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Breakfast was great and social hour was an added benefit we didn't expect. We will return next time in the area.

We booked this hotel a month in advance as it was one of the only ones in the area that fits our family, or so we thought. The room was advertised as a 2 bedroom suite: 1 king, 2 double, 1 sofa bed (sleeps 8). We have family of 7 so definitely needed the sofa bed. Our initial check in went well, arriving around 7:30 PM after driving since 8:30 AM. We were exhausted and wanted to sleep. We went to pull the sofa bed out to quickly realize that there was actually no sofa bed. I went down to the main desk to see if they had sofa beds anywhere and if they did if we could be moved since we weren't in the room we had booked. The front desk worker did check but said she only had 3 with sofa beds and they were all occupied. I explained we only booked this room because it actually fit us. She did offer to cancel for free but offered no other solution so we basically would have slept cramped or been screwed. I said I'd go back upstairs and talk to the family and let her know. Within seconds of getting back up to the room (mind you, my two teens were laying on the double beds and my two girls (ages 6 and 4) were trying to fall asleep sitting up on the couch), my three year old was crying because he was exhausted... the person below us (at 8:05 PM) was BANGING on their ceiling/our floor so aggressively that is scared the crap out of my kids. Then the younger 3 were all upset. We had literally not been in the room 20 minutes at this point. And then I get a text saying they had a noise complaint (the literal only thing we did was walk in the room with a crying three year old). I went back downstairs and asked to be moved anywhere else or we needed to just cancel. She said "okay you can leave your keys, have a great night!". I've never been so appalled especially after traveling that long. We ended up driving another 2.5 hours and stayed at Staybridge Lexington and had an amazing experience. DO NOT BOOK AT BOWLING GREEN - NOT WORTH IT! Not to mention the room was covered in dog food, hair, and had dried hair from someone else on the shower wall. Disgusting experience!

We always stay at Staybridge Suites when they're available, and we've never had a bad experience, but this is one of the best! Our check in was amazing even though it was 1 in the morning. The room was clean and fresh and well stocked. Breakfast was great. That breakfast pizza was one of the best things I've had, and the rest of the options were great too! The waffle bar was great for my daughter and my wife loved the fresh fruit and cottage cheese. Shout out to Nick working in the kitchen, he made sure we were all set and even got us some ice for the cooler. Every time we're in the area this will be the hotel we stay at, 100%.

Beware! Please be shown to your room prior to checking in! You should check everything including the odor levels!!!! Prior to arriving on March 28th for a 31 day stay, we asked Front Desk on three separate calls to make certain that our room was deep cleaned especially the carpet due to my husband's animal allergies before our late arrival on a Saturday. Saturday we arrive and suddenly they cannot confirm if room was deep cleaned. So we go to check out 336, my husband starts sneezing immediately upon entrance and the smell of animal urine was overwhelming. 2nd room, again husband sneezing and strong pet odors. 3rd room, barely tolerable but after a 10 hour drive we decided to spend the night. The room not only had an odor but it definitely had not been throughly cleaned. After fours hours of my cleaning plus $50 in cleaning supplies, I felt slightly more comfortable in sleeping in that room. I used two full bottles of Odor Neutralizing Hypochlorous Acid in the room which has only decreased the odors slightly. The utensils, silverware tray, dishes, pots, cabinets, and furniture all needed cleaning. I even found leftover something food particles on the dish towels🙄 We had to throw a blanket over the couch which is an item that even Goodwill would not accept much less paying customers at Staybridge should be asked to tolerate. The filters on the vents of the microwave were so clogged with grease that it started dripping onto our water pot and stove. Although we requested new filters 3 days ago, guess what? No new filters so cannot even cook without the worries of God knows what dripping onto our food during preparation. And what about management? Well, I called Guest Services with IHG on four separate occasions with promises of follow-up from the General Manager at Staybridge but not a peep. 2nd call to Guest Relations, assistant manager would follow-up up...no a peep. I stop in at 3:30 pm today to speak directly with the Assistant Manager and was informed that they can clean the carpets tomorrow plus maintenance has addressed the filters issue on the vent hood. Go check my room only once again to see due diligence is lacking in all areas of this Staybridge Inn with every employee passing the buck onto the next with little results for the customer. No surprise that the filters were still the same!! Needlessly to say, we will not spend 31 days here as intended but we are diligently pursuing other extended stays in the area that actually want our corporate business. So day 4, I am willing to lay odds that the carpet will not be cleaned as promised nor will we see new filters on the vent hood..... If your expectations are low then this place fits the bill but if you are expecting good customer service, follow-up on issues, a decently clean room, and good value for your money, best to check your room first or book elsewhere 😉 Just an update for day 4 of 03-31-26, carpets were finally cleaned so it will definitely be a better experience for the next customer between clean carpets and all the deep cleaning that I did for 4 hrs Saturday night!!! You're welcome 😊 next customer to room 136 Still no filters for the vent system on the microwave so good luck in using it. Supposedly the house keeping management stopped by and spoke to us about our concerns....not sure who she spoke with but certainly not our room! Thankfully we moved to a better extended stay--EverHome Suites which is new! Staff has been so much more welcoming. Prior to check-in, we were given a tour of all the amenities which we did not receive at Staybridge plus shown two rooms to choose from prior to opting to relocate for our peace of mind. Staybridge Inn lost out on more than 30 days of continuous revenue with one corporate customer by ignoring our concerns prior to, during, and several days following check-in until we finally decided to move to a cleaner, well-managed facility.
