No one should have to wake up to roaches in their hotel room. Much less German cockroaches, the most invasive species. Otherwise, the check in staff was very nice.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout, and the suite setup made it feel comfortable and "home-like," especially with the kitchenette and extra space. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the breakfast was a standout-lots of options and actually tasted fresh (shoutout to the breakfast team). The location is also super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Overall, a really solid place to stay and we'd absolutely come back.

I had initially booked the wrong date, but the gentleman at the counter assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and said he would “transfer my reservation and take care of it.” I was impressed by what I thought was good customer service and even made a note to stay here again on my return from my two-day trip. However, when I saw the final bill, it was clear that my reservation had not been transferred at all, I was simply charged for an additional night. Had he been upfront and explained that I had missed my original date and that he could book me another room at the same rate, I would have accepted the mistake as my own. Instead, the situation was misrepresented, which left me feeling misled. As a rewards member, that lack of honesty left a particularly bad taste in my mouth. As for the room, it was nice. There was a weird stain on the curtains however. Breakfast was nice and good.

We absolutely love the fact that we can all be together, sharing the lounge and have our own rooms! The front desk young gentleman was so nice. Nick was wonderful and so accommodating during the delightful happy hour. This trip, Theresa Brand visited with us during the happy hour. We shared laughs and we all felt at home. Thank you for such a great place!! The appetizers were awesome as well as breakfast!! We’ll be back soon. Merry Christmas!!!! Happy New Year!!!
