However, the room itself needs a deep cleaning and closer oversight from housekeeping and maintenance. Specific concerns include: • Stained floors and visible grime. • An unidentified substance on the ceiling. • Mold present in the shower areas. • Grease and dirt accumulation above the microwave. • Multiple stains on bed skirts and furniture that indicate longstanding neglect. These conditions gave the impression of inconsistent cleaning standards and insufficient maintenance. For the safety and comfort of future guests, I recommend a full deep clean of the room, an inspection for mold remediation, and refreshed cleaning protocols. We have communicated other non-cleanliness issues directly to management and corporate via email. Less the other issues if solely based on the state of this room, we would not return to this property.

I feel like it's a hotel that you can get lost in due to the way things are laid out. Overall, well priced and easy to get to most things in Bowling Green.

Realized before we arrived i booked a room with 1 queen but sleeps 4, so i tried to upgrade but they were booked which was fine. I tried to see if i could get another room that slept 4 with 2 queens but they were full. Once we entered the room, I was appalled. Not cleaned at all. Cleanest object was the refrigerator that still had the blue tape all over it. I requested a refund through the 3rd party like the hotel told us we should, only to have the facility reject it. We had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a refund, and we're told "we rejected a room change" when they told us there were no rooms available at the beginning? Unbelievable experience. Will never stay at IHG again.

Staff were all so friendly! If I could give this place six stars I would! What sets it above everywhere else is the complementary dinner (usually something like a potato bar or taco bar) and breakfast!!!! Nick the attendant in the food service area is so friendly and my whole family loves him!
