  My son and I stayed here during a family birthday party and we had a great time. The hotel is close to the family house 🏠 and it allowed us to go back and forth easily. The room had plenty of space and the kitchen is big enough to handle light cooking. We enjoyed the breakfast my son loves the waffles 🧇. We will definitely stay here again.

  COCKROACHES!! At first I thought this place was decent, even with big stains all over the couches and the bedskirt. But when I woke up in the morning there was pretty big cockroaches running all around the living room/kitchen. Disgusting. And when I told the front desk, the woman responded with “I cant refund your room you have to talk to management.” There was no “sorry”? Or “oh my gosh thats unusual” Or anything reassuring at all, she just wanted to tell me about how her position at the hotel works?? Will never be back. I’m updating this Review after their last reply back to it and I’m going to post pictures. They are kind of hard to see But these are multiple cockroaches, running around the tables in the room. I can’t believe they’re actually trying to gaslight me when I have pictures

  This was a very nice room that we stayed in. It was well equipped and comfortable. I even found a copy of the Gideon's Bible in the nightstand next to the bed, something that is no longer seen in most Hotels we stay in. The folks at the front desk were friendly, check in was quick. I would highly recommend.

  During a recent ice storm, we sought refuge here after being without power for over 24 hours. We needed some place that would take us and our two dogs. This place was a God send. We arrived at the hotel 3 hours early, fully expecting to have to wait for a room. Daniel, the front desk employee, went above and beyond. He was truly understanding, kind and professional in every way. He got us a room right away, and explained the hotel in detail. Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby, but the full kitchen in the rooms also makes it easy to cook your own meals. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. It was plenty of room and great space for all of us.

  Best hotel I have stayed at. Not new, upscale, or fancy…but hands down, the nicest people and best experience I have ever had… and I’ve stayed at new/fancy hotels plenty of times. From calling in to ask questions to checkout, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. My room was nice, clean, and spacious. The water pressure was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and there was a full kitchen. Pet friendly and a great price! Oh, the best of all… happy hour. Free dinner (the nights I stayed) and $1 beer/wine! Nick was an absolute joy! (He needs a bonus and raise)! Better service than any restaurant… he went above and beyond! Free/great breakfast as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I will not stay anywhere else from now on when I am in Bowling Green. Highly recommend!
