All seemed fine at this hotel. I had a couple drinks at the bar on a Thursday, they were fine, great bartender. Went back on Friday, different bartender, ordered the same drink, Crown and 7, and it was the worst drink of my life, all sprite, no whiskey. Told the bartender, she said take it or leave it. I won't be back, terrible attitude, customer service, and sorry excuse for a bartender.

For an older hotel that is about to undergo remodeling. This room has potential. There are spots on the couch that appear to look as if they could be cleaned off. But, I am not touching it. There is a tobacco dip pouch 👝 on the floor of the ready to check in clean room. I promise I do not dip/snuff. It will be there when I check out. That tells me they did not vacuum all of the carpet. It is quiet and has a nice view from the window. No mini refrigerator. Does not appear to have any b— b—- but, the sheet looks like it may be the same as the person prior as wrinkled in just the middle as if slept in. Maybe not but that’s what it makes me think. 🤔 there appears to be dead skin, little black specs, and black hairs that resemble chest or pubic hairs. After remodel I would imagine it would be beautiful. But, if they don’t change the sheets after a stay it’s not going to make a difference. There is a breakfast buffet with cook to order eggs, omelette, and waffle for $15.99 if not included when you booked your room.

We got put in the wrong room at 5pm at 19:30 we get a phone call to move rooms as the hotel has made an error. I then requested they tell me which room we are moving to. The lady at the front desk told me we will be removed be security if we dont comply. All i asked was to meet at the new room as we have 6 bags and it is pointless to take everything down to go get access cards then go all the way to the room again? Terrible service will not recomend this hotel at all

Unfortunately every room is extremely musty which I found out Is coming from mold due to humidity. (I got moved to another room and decided to call the manager as the second one was just as musty and was told “it stinks in every room at this location due to humidity”). There should be a sign on the front door/ front desk about the Mold/Must Smell as Families with babies stay here, the smell is strong and will have your clothes smell as well depending on how long you stay. ( Lobby doesn’t stink, only rooms )
On the better side, Bartender was amazing, and drinks were perfect.

My daughter and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Plaza so she could enjoy the pool. My daughter is a full-time wheelchair user, so accessibility is essential for us. Upon arrival, we discovered the TV in our room did not work. The front desk sent maintenance to the room despite already knowing the TV was not functional. The maintenance employee informed me that management is aware the TV did not work but sends maintenance anyway.
The biggest issue was the pool lift. I was told the pool lift was working. We were told to return later that afternoon to use it. When we came back, we were then told the lift did not work at all. We had extended our stay an extra day specifically so my daughter could swim.
At checkout, a manager told me we would be refunded due to these issues. It has now been almost a year, and I have never received a refund or any follow-up. This is not about a free stay, it’s about accessibility, transparency, and accountability. Disabled guests should not be promised accommodations that do not exist!
