We checked into a room and the temp in the room was extremely cold. We called to fix the problem and the front desk at first said there was no one available to look at it at that time. A guy did come up but could not do anything. So they decided to move us to another room which also had issues with temp control but we suffered through it. Coffee cups (paper) were leaking even with 2 cups. The bathroom sink faucet was barely dribbling water. The pillows were most uncomfortable. Even though this will be a usual route for us, we will never again stay at this place or recommend it for friends and family.
